Honestly but the sad truth...
Okay well I've had this app for a while now and at first I thought it was a amazing app because literally it was a good help but then a couple days later it started acting out like it would literally exit me out the app and it would disappoint me every time it does that and also that most of the times when I exit it or something it ends up changing my things in the setting for an example... It changes my weight goal, birthday, and my working out level it disturbs me because every time I have to go back and fix it myself and also I have this app on my IPod and on my phone but somehow their the same account but different information and also every time I want to swipe to the left or right to see my daily charts, it doesn't want to work it ends up freezing the whole thing! 😔 PLEASE I BEG YOU, fix this because this is an wonderful app and I would recommend it but not with the issues I've been dealing with. Thank you for reading and have a good day/night. 😇💚
Tina in Phx,
Mostly ok
This app is fine, but my biggest complaint is that it doesn't allow you to record a workout for a previous day. If I forget to log something from yesterday, I can't add it today--if I try, it will record it as though I did the workout today. This seems like a very basic function. Otherwise, the app is fine for very basic tracking needs. It gives me a feeling of accomplishment when I click "done" on a workout. I wish there was a better way to view what I've done previously. Right now I have to scroll down on the Completed tab to see what you've done over the past month, etc. A calendar view would be more helpful.
katherg,
Easy to use
I thought that this app was easy to use. I chose this because it allowed me to do what I wanted to do. I liked that I was able to create my own workouts so that I could take different ideas from multiple workouts and combine them into one for myself. I also liked that you could change each day's workout for more variety. This app would be better if there were some preexisting workouts to build off of.
Zigzag😄😝😜,
Pretty good, especially for a free app!
This definitely isn't the first app I've used, nor is it the best, but I still like it in terms of simplicity and usefulness. The app hardly takes up any storage on my phone (unlike a few other apps I've used). I think it would be better if there were a few free workouts already made for you. I'd also like a few default exercises (such as push ups, sit ups, etc). You have to make everything on your own. And maybe a little bit of info on how many calories I'd burn would help too! Overall though, it's great in helping me keep track of exercise.

Versatile App
This has been a great app for me. Very basic, but versatile. I can create my own workouts without being locked into things like other apps. I loved when they finally updated to allow push notifications. One thing it could still use is an incremental setting to allow me to have a number of reps to start with for an exercise, then set it to automatically increase the reps a certain amount each time I complete it. Say I’m doing push-ups, it would be nice to set the workout to 20, and then each time I complete that it could add 2 to go to 22, then 24, and so on.
Omeec,
Nice
I have to say that this is the most efficient and easy app to have & use. You simply just enter your custom workout and/or also download some, schedule the start/end, add what reps and sets you wanna do, do your workout, and then click "done" whenever you complete it . I personally am only using it for one work out routine (one punch man training– kudos and high five for those who know) and is just simply perfect. Would definitely recommend if you don't need anything too snazzy or detailed and what not.
King Cole2,
Exactly what I was looking for! 1 request
I have a lot of medical stuff which means a very specific physical therapy regiment. This allows me to put all the level of exercises in ahead of time and enable the ones I need to use! Plus I can add notes and get up the schedule for what exercises when!
REQUEST: I wish there was a sign up or save my exercises, as I don't want to lose all the precious time and energy I put into this but other than that no complaints!
Marmato86,
Disappointing
This platform is very easy to add exercises for creating a work out. It does not save automatically though and has closed out on me twice as I am trying to enter one workout. Due to it not saving , I am having to restart entering each time. One more time and I am deleting this app. :(

I would also like to edit my typos after I’ve entered the exercises. I have to delete and then the app usually crashes. I’ve been able to keep progressing to entering my workout by hitting done every so often. Hopefully before it crashes. :/
_Double_A_,
Great flexibility- convenient
I really enjoy this planner. Unlike other apps. I can create my own workout without having to select a Pre-programmed Lift. It’s free and able to create my own sets, reps, weekly times, as well as have a screen checklist. Love the mobility of the app. Not for people who wanted to be handed workouts through an app. More personal creativity.
Pmishkin,
Good base app
This App does what I need to list my workout routine and check off exercises performed. It isn't someone else's workout, it is whatever I want to track. Easy to enter routines, exercises and to take to the workout. Easy tracking and reminders of upcoming workouts. A nice addition would be the ability to track improvement.
