We made some slight adjustments and improvements behind-the-scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

We chased down some smaller bugs and fixed up some little quality of life issues just to keep things running smoothly.

· Links to PDF resources in messages were loading in a tiny little area on the screen sometimes, making them incredibly hard to read.
· The sender name and read receipt info were not showing up in message details if your phone was set to dark mode.
· The button to attach a picture to a message kinda jumped around a bit right when you tried to tap on it, sometimes leading to the wrong button getting pressed.
· We made the Search key make the keyboard go away when searching for messages so that now you can actually scroll to the bottom of a long list of results.

Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication! Do you want to add a little extra security to your account? Well, now you can! If you have a verified phone number, you can enable Multi-Factor Authentication, or MFA. With this new MFA feature, you'll have to verify a code sent in a text message in order to log in to your account. The best part is, you don't even have to pay for a blue checkmark to get this new security feature. It's totally free!

As we mentioned in our last release, an exciting new way of sending messages is here! You can now forward messages that you've sent or received! If you got a message that someone else needs to see, just press-and-hold on that message in the conversation and you can forward it on to one of your coworkers.

· Some people had an issue with the bottom part of messages getting cut off in a conversation and you kind of had to pull the list up to see the last bit of a message. This was annoying, and honestly didn't look the best either, so we went ahead and moved them up a smidge to prevent that from happening.

· You can now search members of a group. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it can be helpful to know if Gary in Marketing is getting the same group messages about not printing out so many documents on the shared printer. Just pop up the list of members in a group to search without having to scroll through all the names. Seriously, is he STILL waiting on more pages??
· You can also now easily leave a member-created Team. If you pop up that list of members from earlier and see an "Edit" button, you can tap on that and then choose to leave the Team if, say, Gary has been a little too chatty lately about how much he loves the new printer. (If you do not see an "Edit" button, that means the group was created by your Network)

We beefed up our password strength requirements.

Are you super popular? Do you have more than 20 conversations in the app? Well, good news! You can now view all of them again. There was a problem where only the first 20 would load and then the avatars would start flickering like the fluorescent lights in a horror movie if you tried to scroll down any further. We fixed up the issue so you can get back to seeing all the amazing conversations you're having!

· You can now search messages that you've sent or received! Just tap the magnifying glass in the Messages screen to quickly find the message or conversation you're looking for.
· We made some small changes to Team groups and how they are edited.

We patched up an issue that some of our friends with spaces in their last names had when trying to connect.

We've updated our account activation process to be more streamlined with connecting you to your network.

· Forget your username? Lose access to your email? Well, you can now also reset your password with your phone number! Just make sure to add and verify your number now so it's available if you need it later.
· Wading through a sea of Resources? Well, you can now search file and folder names instead of having to hunt down what you're looking for.

Folks have been asking us to add phone numbers to their account, so we answered the call! "Hold the phone!" you say, "I can now log in with my phone number?" Absolutely! Just edit your account to add and verify your number, and you'll be dialed in and ready to go.

· For our friends who are in more than one shift group, we fixed an issue where you couldn't choose your group when posting a new shift.

· Do you have an animated personality? Do you like to send messages that reflect that animation? Well, you're in luck! We brought back support for animated gifs in the app, so get animated!
· If animation isn't for you, perhaps you prefer to convey your personality through your username. Well, you're also in luck! We fixed an issue where you couldn't change your username.
· We fixed an issue in Shifts that made it look like you could edit or delete shifts even when you couldn't.
· We continued our quest to keep things up to date and running smoothly by making some unseen optimizations and upgrades.

There was a problem with repeating notifications that was causing the app to crash on launch for some of our friends who have been using Red e App for a while.

We identified some issues with our most recent release (as well as one that had been around for a while) that slipped past us, so we fixed them up as quick as we could to make sure you continue to have the best experience possible.

· For the real go-getters and extra prepared folks out there who created their accounts before ever being invited to join their company's network, there was a glitch where the app didn't automatically refresh to show your newly-created connection. We made sure to patch that up and take you where you need to be and show you what you need to see to get rolling with your new network connection!
· Repeating notifications were not repeating their notifications if you had repeating notifications set to repeat your notifications, so we repeatedly tested and addressed the repeating notifications issue until repeating notifications successfully repeated their notifications. Repeatedly.
· While we would hate to see you go, we understand if you need to leave. There is now the option to deactivate your account in the Edit Account page.
· We continued our quest to keep things up to date and running smoothly by making some unseen optimizations and upgrades.

· Some yet-to-be-enabled features had their groundwork laid so that they're ready when the day comes. Some exciting new functionality to easily connect with popular 3rd party services is coming soon!
· We cleaned up and modernized a lot of stuff (that's the technical term) that goes on behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
· While we were doing our cleaning, we stumbled across a couple minor bugs that could show themselves when changing your notification sound, so we went ahead and swept those up while we had the broom out.

We fixed a problem for people on the most recent iOS version where the little navigation bar on the top of the screen was transparent sometimes when it shouldn't have been. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but it was super distracting being able to see a tiny bit of the previous screen still, so we patched it up to make the navigation bar as clear as mud again.

Just a quick update to fix an issue we found with Saved Messages not being able to load properly.

· Read receipts are getting a small behind-the-scenes boost to their functionality.
· We fixed an issue for a handful of people that would break their profile.

We fixed an issue that some people had when searching their company directory, and beefed up a minor security feature to keep things running safe and sound!

· Check out our new look! We got some new icons and colors from Gary in marketing that have been on the website for a little while, and now they're making their debut in the mobile app. Let us know what you think!
· We're also rolling out a new way to contact our support team along with those fancy new icons. If you need a little extra help, our support team can now get back to you directly in the app. There's also a new Help Center with answers to the most common issues people experience. Check out the life preserver icon in the side menu to get started!
· Probably the most important item in this update: we changed two words in an error message that's almost never displayed, just to be more technically accurate. You're welcome.
