In this release, we are excited to introduce the new Practice History feature. With it, you will be able to track which practices you have completed as well as see the data you entered when engaging in the practice.

Thank you for your continued support of our research!In this version of the app, we've made the following improvements:
* If you phone goes to sleep during an audio practice, the audio will continue to play.
* Add the ability to move forwards/backwards in audio practices.
* Show user how much time is left in audio files so that they know how long a practice will take.
* Display survey expiration dates.
* Notify users when they have subscriptions/recommendations for inactivated practices and upgrade them if possible to newer versions.
