WOS® by Andie Illanes is my new virtual training application, which I put at your disposal so that you fall in love with fitness and manage to overcome your own challenges.
My new application offers you a responsible remote training scheme, capable of technologically linking with your health devices* so that you can follow up on your evolution, keep track of your hydration, among other functionalities.
Here is a brief description of everything you will find in WOS® by Andie Illanes:
• Personalized training plans, designed to help you achieve your goals, whether it is increasing your muscle mass, losing weight, or simply staying healthy thanks to maintaining your exercise routine
• The application is linked to smartphones and wearables* to obtain traceability of your sporting activity, both the training you do through the application and those you do in other ways (counting steps).
• The training experience can be done both on your mobile device (any type of smartphone) and projectable to computers or televisions, via Apple Airplay etc.
• It allows the registration of your hydration as well as the food you consume during the day, with the purpose of identifying the way to combine your nutrition with your physical activity.
• Eating plans designed with high quality standards, easy to carry out and that are symbiotically complemented by training programs.
• Individual progress monitoring system, where your photographs are recorded to demonstrate your physical evolution and review how you are progressing with your goals.
• Audiovisual resources that will help you complement the training service, where you will find topics related to nutrition, motivation, training, among others.
• Interaction chat with the WOS® by Andie Illanes team, in which you can ask questions related to physical training and nutrition, as well as technical support aspects.
My motto is "there is always a way", because I am pragmatic and optimistic. My mission is to help you become stronger, physically, and mentally. That's why I created wOS® by Andie Illanes. Strength is health, it is resilience, and it is discipline. I am going to accompany you to reach that stadium, and thus make your self-confidence become your main superpower.
*We currently offer integration with Apple Watch, Apple Health and more. We invite you to stay tuned for future integrations.
Note regarding Apple Health:
The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals. App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used. Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.
