The WSU Mobile developers are very much aware of the performance issues with the Wayne Connect Webmail client. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be fixed in our app. This version of WSU Mobile adds an activity alert when viewing any web content which should mean that webmail will no longer seem like it is doing nothing.

Your app is broken
The app needs a complete design overhaul. Initially a gave three stars but now I give a solid 0. It’s crap, I wouldn’t use it for tissue paper. It is extremely not user friendly. A good idea on paper. But that’s it. I cry tears of ruby red blood whenever I have to use it. Please. WSU or the third party company who conjured this, please redo and make it better. Students are paying expensive tuition to come here. Thank you for your time. If you need to look at the most amazing apps ever made for inspiration, please do so.

It looks nice, too bad it doesn’t function!
I will admit, this update is more aesthetically pleasing than the old one. However, I would gladly give up the nice setup for the ability to use it. Every time I go to log into my email, it gives me an error message. It also is annoying how you have to sign in every single time you open the app. Terrible.

Nice new aesthetic, miss old look of some pages
The new update looks slick and in some areas are quicker. However some pages that used to look like they were special to the app just redirect to the clunky banner self-service. I miss the old employee leave balances page!

Why fix something that isn’t broke. The app was perfectly fine before the stupid update. Now you cant stay logged in and easily view your schedule along with other stuff. I dont even understand why yall decided to touch the app when you don’t even roll out regular updates.

Can't log in on the new app
Every time I try to connect the app to my Access-ID, the login screen that comes up is blank. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. No go. This makes the app basically useless for email, card balances, employee tools, etc.

It somehow has gotten progressively worse in my 2 years of college, it didn’t used to make you sign in every time and now when I click connect it just opens safari

Pretty awful
Horrible app! I have it set to remember my login credentials, never does and logging in manually is always a hit or miss. It only works about 20% of the time. Come one guys, get it together or find new developers. Yeesh!

This app has changed in the last two weeks. You can no longer move from the in box to the clutter or other boxes. What happened?
