Copenhagen wishes to be one of the first CO2 neutral capitals in the world by 2025, we want to show you how they aim to achieve this. You'll find simple to understand, unique, socially-distanced and eco-friendly tours with which to experience and travel to Denmark with in one handy app.
Visiting both the capital city and Denmark used to be all about it being the fairytale capital of the world; hygge, design, cuisine, fresh air, safety and a fascinating history. You can still experience all of this through the WWWalks app, but you get to learn about their sustainability too, which they've had a flying start at developing since the 1970s.
Experience a green goldmine full of quintessentially Danish things such as the cycling culture, wind energy, recycling and pristine beaches. About learning how to reduce our carbon footprints, by seeing small as beautiful, and looking after our natural world for our children and our children's children.

Wonderful, wonderful!
Buy this app to use in Copenhagen or for a virtual tour wherever you may be. Heather will take you on a delightful tour of Wonderful, Wonderful Copenhagen! Listen and read along as you explore at your pace but be sure to look at Heather’s photos and periodic videos for each section. I especially loved the witty warnings about bicycles! Heather gives good walking directions for the tour, hours of operation for various buildings (to explore later) and provides loads of bonus information throughout the app (including where to stop for a coffee or find toilets in addition to more information about a particular site). You’ll learn, you’ll walk, you’ll smile and laugh at her stories, and probably end up singing about this “salty old queen of the sea!”

WWWalks Rocks!
Whether you have ever been to Copenhagen or not, this app is a gem. Heather Gartside makes the history of the beautiful city and surrounding area come alive. Her knowledge, personality, and ability to tell a story will entertain and enlighten all who participate. Although I had visited Copenhagen several times, my first in person tour with her allowed me to see the city and history in a new light. So, while visiting is not possible right now, take a virtual tour with Heather and put this great city (and a tour) on your bucket list!

Fabulous way to explore and get to know Copenhagen
I had the privilege of living in Copenhagen for almost three years and getting to know Heather, the creator of this walking tour app. I also became a tour guide, so learned a lot about the history, culture and architecture of this jewel of a city. Heather’s app is absolutely brilliant! So much information, told in her unique style. It is witty, comprehensive and above all, endlessly interesting. Wonderful, wonderful homage to one of the best cities in the world!
