frustrated frurstemated again,
DONT UPDATE YOUR MASK!
As soon as I did the update I couldn’t do anything with my mask! It made it useless. The button for the fan stopped working. I couldn’t choose ambient for my music, the light tuned off. I had to uninstall this app, restart my mask and I was relieved I can use the buttons again. I’m too scared to use the app again fearing it would kill my mask again. I love the mask but please more support tech for the app!

Garbage
For such a “high end” device, their app is completely useless. It won’t even let me log in or follow any of the provided links to log in or the links for forgot password and such. Pretty sure this company has completely abandoned their app and likely their product. Such a disappointment.

Your app does not even install
So for a high tech mask I’m feeling more than underwhelmed by the app not even installing, but also concerned this reflects on continuing support for your product. Please update, please fix.

Can’t power off the fan
The app doesn’t allow the fan to turn off. Selecting fan “off” in the app keeps it on the lowest setting and kills the battery.
