Needs ability to register for classes
This app doesn’t seem to have the one thing I actually need from it— the ability to register for classes. Everything else is nice but I probably won’t use it without that functionality.

Make a Reservation??
The app looks nice, but it is very confusing. There is a lot of stuff I really don’t need, but what I DO need (ability to reserve gym time), is nowhere to be found. I completed the covid pre-screening (no symptoms/history/health issues at all) and received a message all in red, which was impossible to decipher. Am I good to go? Do I need to wait for confirmation? How do I reserve gym time?? Frustrating and already feel like it is not worth the hassle.

Confusing
I don’t understand why there are a tons of different YMCA apps. I’d like one, then you chose state, then city.
The YMCA app for Woburn MA defaults to another YMCA - Burbank. I’m not sure where Burbank is in MA.
I had to sign in approx 4 times to get to the page to find a class.
There isn’t a way to “check in” for a class once you’re at the YMCA - if you allow or offer GPS location tracking.

Can’t even log in (I know the user and pass). Maybe consider investing in the app a bit more since, you know, it’s 2020.

Awful experience
Different passwords on web vs app. Impossible to differentiate between accounts/users for a family account, especially when trying and failing to sign up for classes

Makes iPhone unusable! Temperature issue
Since I installed this app and have been using it every few days, I often got a warning that iPhone temp got too hot to use. Has anyone encountered this problem?
