The notifications are real time up to date also!
An adjustment/ addition that could be added to "Type of workout" would be "stretching" this is crucial to all workouts

I have been unable to get notifications from the Y on my iPhone or iPad and the support team thinks it’s a problem with my phone. Has anyone else had this problem?
