This is a very useful App. It is intuitive and easy to use. The best part I like is that I don’t need to carry a paper schedule with me anymore (and thereby help save trees). The programs I signup for automatically appear on my calendar. I can add or delete my activities whenever necessary. Thank you YMCA of Richmond.

Good app. Room to improve.
It’s a great app and let the user access classes and program their own workouts. I do wish that they would be able to provide the option where users can select the muscle group to focus on when creating a workout. Right now it is only letting us select a workout but I am not able to see the targeted muscle/body part that the exercise will work on.

App keeps crashing
The app has been crashing lately. My saved classes disappear and I have to choose them over and over again. This morning, no matter the class chosen or gym location, there was an error message that no classes are scheduled. I only found this out because I needed to cancel a reservation and I kept getting an error that it wasn’t going through. When I refreshed the app it began to show these issues of not having any classes.

Easy to Use
This app is easy to use and makes it a breeze to sign up for classes. I like I don’t have to worry about having my card with me because it’s right on the app.

Pretty Solid App
Been helpful for signing up for classes and seems to function well. The only shortcoming is it doesn’t seem to alert you if the Y is closed for inclement weather. Also it frequently kicks me out and requires I sign in again.

infuriating
every time this app is updated, it doesn’t work, for days. You must delete the app, reinstall, login and find that you can’t book a class because only one location shows and you can’t select another, or, every activity shows and you can’t filter, or it just won’t let you log in. you must book classes through the app and the app is constantly broken.

YMCA App is easy!
I enjoy the easy way of booking classes and knowing what’s happening at my local YMCA. I need to start taking more advantage of all the classes but knowing I have a spot in the pool at 530 a.m makes it’s worthwhile to get up!!

Great for one location
I haven’t been able to look at ALL events for ALL locations. Just events for my “home” location. So only downside has been the lack of ability to book classes in other locations

Helps my accountability
I really enjoy using this app to record my workouts at the Y and out-in-about. It helps me stay on track with my fitness commitment. I also like the alerts I get from my local branch, so I'm up to date on my Y community.

Fitness app works well
I think the app is great. Two things that don’t work well. I can’t add a profile photo, and I have to go outside the app to set appointments. I don’t see anything that would give the app access to camera or phots, so perhaps that’s one issue that can easily be fixed.
