A Total Vibe! Bondy Embodies Excellence!
I was won over by Dianne Bondy from the start! Her justice & accessible platform along with yoga made it possible for me to practice yoga and later inspired me to become an instructor that I too may practice safely & also provide safe spaces for everyone and especially for p.o.c. & those with disabilities. She’s a true inspiration!
Oh yeah, I LOVE THE APP ALSO! It concentrates on what you may need for the day. Her teaching style makes it possible for me to do what is best for me that I make it my own enjoyable practice! A must get app!
