The YSU APP provides students with a place to stay informed of campus events, assist with the navigation of campus, build community among students and easy event and service check-in to assess campus engagement. The YSU APP offers students the following:
· YSU single sign on capability with the app, using existing YSU email ID
· Course listing viewable from the app with building locations and directions
· Ability to add YSU events and courses to Office 365 calendar
· Updated list of all campus events and programs
· Easy event and service check in
· List of resources and service on campus
· Buy, Sell, Trade Wall
· Quick access to contact YSU police
· Updated deals offered exclusively to YSU students and community

A Long Journey
It’s been up and down, I’ve been involved with a student ministry, which has changed my life incredibly, things didn’t always go as planned, but I trusted in God, and he has brought me through. Hard classes, and easy classes, all to the purpose of gaining knowledge, knowledge the key to wisdom and wisdom the key to success and being humble and showing the world love. Knowledge is invaluable and the university is a great place for that. Overall, I’ve met a lot of great people, a lot of broken people, I’ve seen a lot of broken things, and a lot of beautiful things, I’ve had good times and bad times, times with friends and times alone, failed hard classes and passed hard classes. But through it all I have trusted God, and because of him I saw the challenge of the university and of the world, to pursue knowledge and to simultaneously do the mission of Jesus, neither challenges are easy, but I don’t take challenges because they are easy, I take them because they are hard, and those challenges are ones which serve to show the best of my energies, skills, teamwork, love, and many other things given by Christ to rise above the brokenness and impact the word in a wonderful way, no matter how big. In the end, love others, sacrifice your all, and study hard. I gave only 4 stars because nothing and no one is perfect, but that’s where the beauty comes from. Go guins.

Such a good app
It has a lot of features that I’ve never seen in a college app. I went to Penn State and this puts the Penn State Go app to shame. It has a social media app built into it and gives you useful information on events. I think the interface has room for improvement, but the app and its features are very nice.

Quick way to know what's up
I find this app is a quick way for me to go to my YSU account. I also like the deals page, although some of the savings no longer work.

It’s a solid app
this is pretty smooth and accessible. Maybe a few minor glitches hear and there. overall it’s great and convenient for me.

Tech support and detail needed
very poor tech support if me or my friends have issues understanding how to find or do something on an app we shouldn’t have to call the PSC for an app details of campus events,rules,updates need improvement and it says there’s a campus map but it’s impossible to find on the app plenty of room for improvement

For what it is, it’s handy.
Its been helpful a lot I feel the UI could be more handy and there feels like there’s more content on there than I will ever need but it gets me to my classes and shows me my assignments so that’s pretty groovy.

Rating My YSU Experience
It’s a little hectic navigating through my courses but it’s only the first week. I wanted it to be a challenge and that’s what I got. I am enjoying the experience of online learning.

YSU is a great school and they did an amazing job creating the app to help students adapt to the new campus, locations, and events. 10/10 coming from a 2019 freshman!
