The app encourages you to complete specific activities that are researched and proven to significantly benefit your personal well-being. Additionally, the app’s user interface allows you to connect with friends so that you can hold each other accountable, follow each other’s progress, and compete.
There are thirty-six activities to select from in the app; however, you can also submit write-ins. The thirty-six activities included in the app are:
