The Your Flex Benefits mobile app makes accessing your Mercer Marketplace Spending, Savings and Reimbursement Accounts powered by TRI-AD easy and convenient! Your Flex Benefits allows you to take your accounts with you wherever you go – 24/7 - to ensure you get the most out of your benefit dollars.

To use Your Flex Benefits mobile app you must register within the app, creating a Username and Password. Once you’ve created your account, simply use the Username and Password you created to access your accounts.

The features available in Your Flex Benefits mobile app allow you to:

· Check your account balances
· View claim status
· Manage your providers
· View information on your benefit elections, payments and contributions
· Submit a claim right from your mobile device
· Use your device’s camera to take a picture of your receipt and upload the image directly to your account
· Manage your Personal Profile and sign up for Account Alerts
· Report your Mercer Marketplace Benefits Card lost or stolen
· Order additional or replacement Benefits Cards for you and your eligible dependents
· Review online resources regarding eligible expenses, benefit summaries and more

Hard to understand
This app is hard to understand. I know I have things set up with my present insurance company but this app is trying to get me to set additional things.

Vast improvement
The new app works fantastic in comparison to have the old system used to work my entries are fast quick and clean and the reimbursement notifications go through seamlessly! Thanks for putting the time and effort into getting this cleaned up folks like us fully appreciate it.

Cannot Log In
I’m able to login through the website but this app tells me that the password is incorrect even then. Super buggy and glitchy.
Update after reply: I did create an account on the app with proper registration but it doesn’t let me log back on after first use and then I have to reset password again to log back on.

Login is buggy
FaceID fails and when I paste my password into the password field the Login button remains disabled. I have to delete a character from the password field and retype it to trigger the Login button to be re-enabled. Once I can tap on the Login button login succeeds.

Just started to use this app so far I have not been able to figure it out
Why did you change things the last setup was so easy to navigate
Thr first thing is my iPad is an old one and it will not accept 14.0 so I have to buy a new one just to use the site not very good for seniors

one of the worst apps I have ever used
this app is completely unreliable, I have not been able to go one week without being unable to login due to constant system errors. don't rely on this app for anything important as the constant errors will prevent you from having access for days at a time.

Horrible Service
I have waited on the telephone for over an hour several times trying to get questions answered. Terrible service. This is how our seniors are treating in the United States. No way you a person have to do this to get something that is theirs anyway. Shame on you

No Access to Statements or Tax Forms
If this app is where we’re supposed to be able to see our account information, then we should be able to see ALL of it. It’s not even very user friendly as the navigation is beyond dumb.

Doesn’t work
Have notified them over a month ago and app still does not work. Won’t allow me to put in employee info. Tech group is no help at all
