All good one flaw
This app is really good, yet since the newest update, something changed. I realized you guys got rid of the refresh button from the widgets, so I thought it would just update the sub count automatically. But actually, the only way to update the sub count is to go to the app, click on the correct channel and kinda go on different apps for a few seconds and come back, then it changes. I would appreciate if u brought the refresh button back. 👍🏻

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!
This deserves not even a ONE STAR rating, it deserves no good ratings at all! This app is absolutely terrible! When I went to look up my channel on there to keep track on my subs on YT it didn’t show up then I went to the website for this to get help on IOS and I did exactly what it told me to, my account popped up after I done that, it asked if I wanted to add my channel to my dashboard, I clicked yes, the app glitched and took me back to my home screen. I went back into the app again and nothing was to be seen, my channel hadn’t been added to my dashboard. I tried the same process multiple times and the same EXACT THING kept happening! I’m truly DISAPPOINTED in this app it’s absolute TRASH, this is honestly the worst app I’ve ever became associated with! You all need to get this TRASH APP YOU ALL MADE FIXED ASAP!

This app works perfectly fine. Premium or whatever isn’t too expensive and you can keep track of your fav youtubers stuff. I personally use it to track Shane, the dolans, and Laura lee. I use it for Laura lee cause honestly—between whoever reads this and me—it’s very satisfying to sit back and watch the numbers drop. This comments was written in August 2018 so people of the further don’t get confused...🤷🏽♀️ but yeah works fine and everything is ok!

Premium allows you to have more than three Youtuber slots so you can check in on your favorite Youtubers and yourself (if you’re a Youtuber). I am just checking in on my channel everyday. $ the PREMIUM App doesn’t work?
Is there a glitch in the App at the time? I downloaded the App after reading a few + reviews on it. I bought the $1.99 PREMIUM VERSION. I like to support App Developer's so anytime I see a small OTF such as this one with good reviews I tend to buy the App to share my gratitude with the developer for their work on something I will be using! The app worked for a second and suddenly it went back to the dashboard and will not add anyones channel. The chat support within the app, did say hello to me followed by my YT Ch first name. What’s going on !? Pls help!!

Uninstalled because of ads
I have no problem with the occasional ad being shown. You’ve got to make your money and that’s fine. Now I’m getting video ads which is a little intrusive. Check my sub count in the waiting room and all of a sudden a blaring video ad so I’m scrambling to turn the volume down. SMH

Look. Your app is really helpful to me and it’s good to actually have a working sub count. But there is a glitch (at least for me) where it says 0 for all the subscribers and the view count won’t go up either? Fix it maybe? That’d be really helpful. Thanks 😁

Doesn’t work
This app gets one star from me, for a very obvious reason. Every time I try to add a channel to my dashboard, the app glitches and sends me back to my Home Screen. And when I come back to the app, the channel I wanted to add wasn’t on my dashboard. I am not removing my 1 star rating until this is fixed. Also I have no idea why this app has good ratings if it doesn’t work. I bet you guys just used bots or alt accounts. Also, yes. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Broken After Update
This app has been broken since they “improved” it. I had all the channels I was following at 0 subs, then it showed incorrect sub counts. Deleted and reinstalled, now it shows correct sub counts for the ones I can add. Most of them took 2-3 tries before the “oops” message went away and the app could find them. I still can’t add some channels and it still tells me there isn’t enough data when I try to look at the other stats.
