Yupik Helper Hack 1.0.0 + Redeem Codes

Version 1.0.0 completes the book. I fixed the warning popup to point to the correct button to click. There's a little more error handling that should solve any more crashes involved with trying to run the quiz without chapters or words selected. Version number is displayed in the about section.

Complete through chapter 19. Added popup if show answer is clicked without first selecting a word. Also added a view that includes information about the software, ANLC, and a link to the ANLC web site. I plan this to be the last release before version 1.0, which will be available in a couple more days.

Complete chapters 10 through 14, bringing the total to 1 through 14.
