Love Zen Massage, Contractor Dev’d app doesn’t allow scheduling?
I live near the Huntersville and Cornelius, NC locations. The website scheduling was difficult using my phone so i tried the app.
There’s a “Explore” button that does nothing when I tap it. Historical information does show up and I see there’s a “Cancel” button even after the massage is over (haven’t tried that one).
I used my computer to schedule using the website. My appointment did then show in the app. However, thinking I could reschedule after I left, the “Explore” button is not even there. Ideally you should be able to schedule an appointment and then multiple appointments in advanced. Please fix!! I’ve checked the app to ensure that I have the latest version even after downloading about a week ago.
Also, it shows my last intake form under “Passes,” but there’s currently no way to fill out a new one (in advanced; mine expires today).
Zen Massage, I love your model, therapy options, therapists, and flexible schedule/walk-in policy. Just hoping for easier mobile scheduling through the website or app. Please have Mind Body Online fix!
