Don’t waste your time or money on this app. First of all they steal money I canceled they charged me anyways made sure I canceled and they attempted to charge me another month but I locked my card. Not only do they steal your money they also have the worst filters in the world. How do I put my filter for people recently online and near me and o get people in Puerto Rico and Massachusetts I live in Texas and the most ppl do not respond this is a absolute waste of time and money

Just beware.
The idea of the app is fantastic. However I ended up using a different app that fit more for me. With that said when I canceled my subscription and deactivated my account I continued to get charged once a month. After many phone calls of being disconnected and no call back I tried emailing. Still no response after emailing SEVERAL times. I’m now at the point where I am forced to close my account with my bank and opening up a whole new account which is beyond frustrating. Just beware of this expensive that I have had.

Not able to cancel
The app itself works for finding a donor eventually.
However I’ve been trying to cancel for months through app, email, heck I’ve even Instagram messaged and nothing they are still taking my money.

Still “reviewing application” after several weeks...no response from support
I filled out my profile and submitted it for review. The next step is “We’re reviewing your application. Please allow 24 hour for us to review”. It’s been several weeks and I’m still waiting. I wrote to customer support a couple of weeks ago - no response. Very unprofessional. Waste of time.

This company and app should be reported. They do not allow you to delete your account once you’ve created one. And they do not have an unsubscribe feature for their emails. I have tried to contact support dozens of times now but they do not respond. I’m not sure if this company is even still operating. They refuse to respond to any emails but will surely reply to a bad review.

Don’t Download!
This is ridiculous, I’m being charged on a subscription that it does not allow you to cancel. The option is given to “cancel subscription” but it doesn’t actually allow you to cancel it. No contact information to even get ahold of anybody to handle this.

I deleted my information and this app is still charging my account it won’t allow me to make a new account and get my information off this site I’m very displeased and I can’t find a way to get the payments to stop

This company is absolutely terrible not only did their app not work months ago but even after both cancelling the subscription and deleting my account i keep getting charged 3 months in a row! And their “support” straight up does not respond.

SCAM.
Put in all my information and submitted my application. Now it says “ Give us 24 hours to review your application” and it's been a month now. You can't contact anyone. No one responds. Super unprofessional if real. But more than likely a scam to get your info. Stay away!
