Awesome Design Service
I bought their design service and they have exceeded our expectations. This service is very useful if you don’t want to spend hours in making the photo book yourself. Zoomin team will provide a link to the drive where you can upload all pictures and the they design for you. Thanks to entire team for my daughter’s awesome photo book!!

Poor customer service
I ordered a frame for my friend and it’s been 10 days since the estimated delivery date but did not receive anything. I get a message everyday that it will come today but it never happens. Absolutely pathetic experience as a customer because they give you no contact number. Never recommending this to anyone since they would be looted of their money too.

Horrible color quality, bug ridden app, Delete!
My goodness - the app has severe UI/UX problems (it said I already signed up when i never have ofcourse), had trouble uploading photos; their shipping charges and taxes are insane - almost 40-50% of a product cost. And then the quality is just horrible - colors are faded, paper quality not up to mark. What a huge waste of time, deleted it after first order. Garbage!

App crashing EVERY OTHER MINUTE !
I loved the app and liked their work but sadly I have been unsuccessfully trying to print a photobook for 1 month !!! The app keeps crashing whenever I am trying to select pictures. Its insane, can someone please fix it so I can continue with my order !!!!

I haven’t received my order yet as I ordered it 2weeks back & I paid the amount through Google Pay but the app still showing Payment pending although the Google Pay has confirmed the payment.
I wrote two email to Zoomin but didn’t got any reply as of now, such a pathetic team & I am totally disappointed with their action.

Payment failure with Debit card 3 times
I tried citibank debit card to make payment and it always failed. Need to work on their payment method functionality
