Sleep app gives you the tools and the know-how to sleep better at night. New habits will never form if they are not easy to access, this is why we have created an array of easy-to-use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) tools enabling you to sleep better and get rid of insomnia.

- A sleep evaluation test utilizing Apple's ResearchKit framework for a great survey user experience
- A bedtime routine checklist that helps your body and mind prepare for the night.
- A sleep health diary were you register your mood and how you've felt during the night and day
- A CBT exercise to help you get rid of negative thought patterns that stop you from falling sleep

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
In this update we’ve been focusing on improving the user experience in general through a series of changes:
- Your mindful minutes can now be tracked and viewed (in the Audio section) through integration with the Health app.
- Added a smart day/night schedule under the hood for improved assistance with your sleep routines, completely based on your personal sleep time preferences.
- You can now easily reschedule your bedtime and wakeup time in the new Settings view. There you can also individually activate/deactivate the three different assisting sleep routine notifications.
- Updated Audio Exercises that also adds to your total mindful minutes in the Health app after finishing listening to an exercise.
- Quick access via the audio section to a relaxing Spotify playlist curated by us.
- Revamped view for adding a new daily mood estimation under ’My Mood’
- Text feedback added to your daily mood estimation based on your selections
- Progress bar added to the audio player
- Small animations added for improved user interaction feedback
- Minor fixes and GUI improvements throughout the entire app.
