Best app ever!!!

The app is too complicated for customer since they include many channels of communication and none of it helps. Specially the customer services which they don’t give a the useful information you need and when they get tired of you they send you to another another channel and ask to write a ticket that would take 24 hours for them to reply. They also gave me 500 cash back in the apps wallet mostly i can’t use because i can only pay the partial amount, when actually they already made pay before the whole amount that’s how my wallet reached to a non useful 500 sr.
I recommend you all not to use the app since their customer services don’t actually care about their clients.

When i bought 2 services , i just got 1 receipt for 1 service, and I missed the second that I already bought it.

اغلب العيادات الي حاطينها تقيمها من سيئ الى سيئ جدا .. يحاولو انهم يجذبو المشتري بالخصومات والتخفيضات عالخدمة المعروضة مع ان اغلبية عندهم نفس العروض والخصومات في العيادة نفسها او الصالون نفسه .. تطبيق صوري فقط لا اكثر ولا اقل

يظهر تعليقات ايجابيه عن الاماكن المعروضه واذا دخلت قوقل ماب لقيت سب ورحت وجربت عياده ليزر جيت كتبت تعليقي عنهم وحذفوه !!
