What a great free app for beginners
This app is totally free and gives you a schedule of what to do each day for a 3 day work out. It's not too bulk up but to tone and strengthen your muscles which is exactly what I was looking for without having to pay for something. Great app! This is in addition to any cardio you want to do. But I believe the same creator of this app has several others! Highly recommended!
