Always thought that an App to remind me what to do would be great, and this is one of those... except better!!! It targets specifically the areas that you need to work on to gain or define specific muscles.
I’m doing 5 of these 30 day challenges, and so far, it takes me less than 30 minutes to complete them all... and they’re starting to get harder, but I’m also feeling my muscles forming and busting through that thick layer of skin and fat.
Only complaint is the diagrams showing us what to do, sometimes it isn’t very clear when compared to the spelled out descriptions. In the end, a video of an instructor doing the exercises would help.
Looking forward to what 6-months can do, one-month at a time...
