In this update we’ve added videos of each exercise to help you work out smarter. The text instructions are still there as well.

Also added an iCloud sync option to ensure you never loose your great progress. Encourage you to turn your iCloud drive on in the Settings app > iCloud > iCloud Drive > switch to On.

Awesome free app
Always thought that an App to remind me what to do would be great, and this is one of those... except better!!! It targets specifically the areas that you need to work on to gain or define specific muscles.

I’m doing 5 of these 30 day challenges, and so far, it takes me less than 30 minutes to complete them all... and they’re starting to get harder, but I’m also feeling my muscles forming and busting through that thick layer of skin and fat.

Only complaint is the diagrams showing us what to do, sometimes it isn’t very clear when compared to the spelled out descriptions. In the end, a video of an instructor doing the exercises would help.

Looking forward to what 6-months can do, one-month at a time...

Great for the workday!
I downloaded all 8 of the 30 Day Challenge apps. I set them to rotate reminding me so every hour one of them says to get out of my chair and spend a minute or two exercising. It’s great. They are short but effective at making me less sedentary…I am at a desk 8-10 hours a day. I can already feel the results. My muscles are showing more definition. The cardio doesn’t wind me like it did at first. I really like that there are levels so each 30 day challenge gets harder. A few coworkers have started joining me. Just a great fun little app!

Issue with calendar size
I used this app before I got pregnant and loved it now I’ve had my baby and am ready to start working back out and I like to do cardio first and figured I’d use this app again since I’m working out from again (Covid was the reason before) but when I click on the calendar it’s like it’s large and doesn’t show all the dates in a small enough setting so I can’t even click on day 1 to begin. I tried deleting and re downloading and nothing.! I tried contacting support and it took me to a 401 page. I’m pretty disappointed cuz I was looking forward to using this app again

Crashes since last update
I loved this app prior to the most recent update. Now every time I open it to do the day’s workout, it crashes. I even tried deleting and re-installing. It’s disappointing.
