I wished I had read some of the reviews. To start with, support was good to identify my problem which was I got a new bike and now have two sets of Precision crank meters - the App does not support multiple sets of meters.
First thought that came to me was, “Am I the only person that has multiple sets of these crank meters?” Answer is no. If you have more than one set of crank meters you have to have a unique device just for that set.
I can only hope that 4iii app designers read this and at least consider adding either the option for multiple meters or at a minimum a notice on the app that gives the user an error message to tell the user can not attach multiple meter devices.

App has problems……
I have two sets of Specialized Power cranks. I can only have one pair in the app. When trying to add the other only one side shows up. Once I was able to add it, but then I had 3 images of the first set. Crazy stuff. Who tests this thing? I have been forced to add one set to an iPhone and the other on an iPad. The two sets are impossible to live on a single device. The app does well updating firmware and zero offset. Other than that it NEEDS WORK!

4iiii app is worthless
The app is unable to detect or connect to my Viiiiva HRM.
The online User Manual instructions in many instances does not describe what is displayed on the app screen.
4iiii tech support is also non-responsive. It’s as if they don’t care about helping customers. Often they don’t even respond and when they do respond the answers don’t address the problem.
The HRM doesn’t stay connected via Bluetooth to the RWGPS app. It connects but loses the connection during the ride only to reconnect at the end of the ride. My Stages PM has no Bluetooth connectivity issues. The Wahoo KICKR HRM stays connected.
Fortunately the HRM works with the elite HRV app.

Removed ability to use ANT+
Previously, I loved my Viiiiva heart rate monitor that could connect with my Garmin ANT+ devices. It was a cheap way for me to be able to train with a dumb trainer on Zwift (on a tight budget). Now that 4iiii has removed that ability, I need to buy 4iiii devices to do the same thing. I’m not a happy customer. Also, 4iiii, please update your documentation for the heart rate monitor - it conflicts with the FAQ on this app - one says you can use Garmin ANT+ devices (HRM documentation), while the other (app) says you can only use 4iiii devices. Frustrating!!!!

A total mess.
Ever since the first public beta of iOS 13, this app ceased to discover my power meter. Even after full release, nothing. Fortunately the meter still connects to Zwift and my ELEMNT.
To make matters worse, in trying to troubleshoot the issue, I installed the app on another device and it would not accept my login info. I told it to reset my password, but it never emailed any reset info despite saying it would.

Got my Precision power meter running
Version 2.2.2. Mind you, the only use I have for the app is to interface with the power meter on my bike. The app recognized the power meter, displayed battery remaining, and updated the firmware without a hitch. That’s all I’ll be doing with the app.

Terrible
This app is worse in every way than the old Power Cranks app. I’m disgusted to have new problems on power meters that worked perfectly on the old app for a year. Less functionality, often can’t detect my right side meter, doesn’t appear to let me “undetect” a meter. Just a mess.

They say you can use this to bridge ant+ to ios but it didn’t say ALL sensors had to be 4iiii or viiiiva whatever this abandoned company is. Could not pair with my $100 wahoo sensors that almost everybody uses. app will tell you its paired successfully but it isn’t. HRM works well if you’re using that all by itself. Anyways will be returning my hrm. Thanks for nothing

App is terrible
I have an error on my power meter and I downloaded the app. It says I need a firmware update. When it opens the window on my phone opens with the update button too low on the screen for me to say “yes”. App is hugely flawed and not up to the standards and price of S-Works. Please advise or fix.
