Horrible app, too much instruction left out
The app feels like it’s their 1st one. So much guess work. I figured out after trial and error you have to register each person in their own app and set the scale to their own P# before attempting to pair otherwise the recording is rejected if say P2 is set on the scale but you paired your app to P1. Only way to change this is to re-pair while the desired P# is set on the scale. I guess it’s a good way to keep other people’s weights out but not explained at all during set up. Why can’t it all be done on one app Vs having everyone download their own app to make things work correctly? Other companies like Vicks w thermometer readings have already mastered multiple profiles type set up in one account. Shame that in 2019 these A&D guys can’t get it right.

app is infuriatingly difficult
First of all while it paired all right, once i pushed button on back, there is no way to know which device it is in your bluetooth list. The number absolutely does not correspond to any number on the device. Then if your scale is set on kg not pounds you have to remove and replace batteries in order to change the measurement units so they correspond to units on app. This procedure is not indicated anywhere. i removed and reinstalled the batteries only out of complete frustration. Not easy to switch users either. The only user of scale, i am stuck at user 2 because that’s what the scale insisted on, giving me error messages otherwise . The app menu does not provide all that the Tips claim it does (not in IOs at any rate) and usually when i tap on one item in menu a different item opens The settings menu is nearly empty except for the ability to switch to manual measurements — no other setting change is even offered. This app is the most unintuitive and user UNfriendly app i have ever installed and i have installed hundreds! About the scale itself, and accuracy i cannot judge as i never used it till now though i bought it a year ago or more. I had no idea connection and using it would be so difficult!

This app is a mess
As the other reviewer said: "the app does the bare minimum ". It's unacceptable to have an app like this in 2019, specially when all your products really on it.
It took me hours to figure out how to use/pair the app with the wireless scale. Luckily I discovered that I was a wrong app with similar name by A&D and even after it was troublesome, it's not intuitive!
Pay attention on the units you are using because it won't sync at all if they are different in the scale / app. Additionally, the app is locked out in the US App Store. It should be published worldwide for obvious reasons. In the end we made it work, so I guess it deserves some credit. Hopefully it will improve in the future

Disappointed
I received this scale via virgin pulse reward. Pairs only via app and disconnects daily. Won’t sync to standard Bluetooth connection for more than a se kind. Have to reset daily. Changes weight metric choice daily. Not going to bother with connecting to app as it’s just too much work to connect daily to app Bluetooth setting. Even when it is connected to the Bluetooth in app settings, it doesn’t show as connected on standard Bluetooth settings. Wouldn’t waste my money sending back pay scale. I chose black, probably should’ve gotten white as it shows lots of dust. Pretty nice out of box if you don’t mind cleaning frequently.

Very Disappointed 😣
Purchased A&D scale first which worked fine syncing to my IPhone 8plus..I recently purchased a iPad Pro & decided to buy/add A&D blood pressure monitor also. And it’s been downhill since. Does not sync across my iPhone, iPad & my MAC, if it decides to sync to one or all. Continue to receive error msg. Will only sync to phone if it does. App doesn’t appear to be made for iPads just because of the way it formats to the screen. Love the concept of the app it DEFINITELY needs to be better considering customers are paying good money to purchase the products then can’t use them as intended.

Terrible App
The app asks for to much personal information that I am not willing to give out. My birthday is not necessary for the use of the scale. I tried to do it on an iPHONE and is was terrible to get to my birthday so I gave up. When i got to the register part it stated I needed to enter my name, location, time zone, email address, etc. I already had put in the information. I inherited this scale from my mother-in-law. No wonder she never tried the app. It is horrible. I will continue to use the scale but not the app

Like the machine but The app is absolutely pointless if you can’t register yourself in. It won’t even let you set up an account on a iso platform. When you get to the set password portion and tap it. You get a yellow box to type in your info but it takes over a minute for the keyboard to appear on the screen. When the keyboard finely comes up nothing is showing up where you type. You can only see half of the first letter under the yellow highlighted are. I Reinstalled the app same thing.

The app gets kg and lbs confused. Like it has my actual weight in lbs but shows it as kg (example: i weight 190lbs and the app is showing my weight as 190kgs) then it changed my goal weight from 150lbs to 70kg (which im sure is the conversion from lbs to kgs) so its telling me i need to lose 120kg when really i need to lose 40lbs to meet my goal... also, the only time it has ever connected to my phone was the first time i used it. I can have it in my hand on the scale and it still wont connect to my phone (i have the iphone x if that helps)

Awful ,no graph, no place to write notes
I evaluated all the wireless BP machines and this seemed the best. Even though it was more expensive i bought it. I bought it to track bp before and after medication. Nowhere to make notes. No list of actual reading numbers - just a graph. This is so awful i honestly cant believe it. Big well respected company. Do not buy! Look at competitors. ( machine itself is great. App is dreadful and uninformative.)

Easy to use, tracks everything I need
I’ve had this app on my iPhone for several months, and it’s really easy to use. It paired with my blood pressure monitor no problem, and I like that I can track my weight and blood sugar for my doctor all in one place.
