Great app for multiple medical data charts!
I normally use a computer & spreadsheet, but now I can simply export or show my doctor the phone. Easy set-up & use! I’m 69 but familiar with high tech, but IMO even a non-techie could use this!

Couldn’t Register easily
I had trouble creating a new account. I entered my email, created an ID and password and hit next and it just sat there spinning away never getting to the next step. I tried multiple times. Called the phone number on the app (same as on the product package) and got Walmart’s service desk. They transferred me to the distributor. They had me delete the app and start over. It worked after that. They were helpful. Someone in the technical department needs to fix this please.

Bluetooth connection problematic
Each time I try to use it, neither the phone app or the sending unit try long enough to connect. Each gives up on the connection that I have to turn off each repeatedly, to get the Bluetooth synch. Otherwise a good product, stores my results so I don’t have to write them down. Have not tried to upload for my doctor, yet.

Would make it better had it had auto record
My heart monitor had the auto record feature on the app by connecting through the BT. Equate would be a 5 star device if a user doesn't have to prompt the record function on the app.

Very Accurate
Good accurate reading. Would like it to be able to connect directly with Apple Health. Need a quick link to launch Bluetooth. Too many steps to have information loaded from device to phone app

It works well
We like the ease of use and the fact that it stores info on our phone so we can show our Dr. when we go in for appt.

Need to be able to correct date on a reading.
Wish I could remove or a reading’s date - mistakenly hit the date/time button while taking a reading and can’t fix it.

Can’t connect to Apple Health
The first version can connect to Apple health but in this version can’t… could you review if is possible connect again

Is there a way to delete entries?
I like this app but I would like to be able to delete some entries without deleting all user information.
