This is the most thorough Ab workout ever!! I have shown this to professionals trainers and it gets a nod of respect every time. I saw the moron’s review earlier about not being able to play his music through the app. You’re not serious about working out you are a poser. Go back to eating donuts you are a lost cause. I’ve used this app now for 4 years and the results are amazing. Working out and getting in shape are about sticking with it. Not listening to your lousy playlist. If you are serious about core strength and your time is valuable this is the app for you.

No sound
I just downloaded the app and still am going to try it out but I can’t hear any sounds. I have maxed my speaker out and nothing. Uninstalled reinstalled still no sound. I’m going to try exercises anyway but if developers could check into the sound issue that would be great!!

Cant even listen to my own music
Idk if the setting is just broken or what, but i wanted to mute the announcer yet it persists despite toggling the speaker icon. Also pauses my music when I'm doing the drills, which is bad.

Great Workout
I downloaded the app 3 days ago and do it twice a day, and there is already a noticeable difference in my abdominal muscles! I feel the burn from this short and simple workout so I know it has taken effect. Props to the organizers who started this delightful app!
Only downside is having to look at the phone when the next exercise is up, but once you do it enough it's almost (pun intended) muscle memory.
You should definitely download this app even without prior knowledge of the specific excercises, it's quick to learn and definitely is a positive way to release stress.

They say it takes 30 days to form a habit . You have much more time in your life to do frivolous things any number of things . So why if you want to change wouldn't you give up just 7 minutes of your life to make your self feel better and look better. The hardest step if the 1 st one but once you apply a little elbow grease and form a habit of 7minutes to your life it can become a lot easier. I love this app. If you apply the workout it will benefit you and you will feel it working. Great app. I got it free but I would not mind paying one bit for it. Highly recommended.

Nice app!
I think that this is a nice app as is but to keep the app relevant and interesting I would suggest maybe to have some of the exercises vary from workout to workout so that it doesn't become routine. Another suggestion would be to add a feature that would allow for increased levels of difficulty (maybe increase speeds or lessening the rest periods. I really like this app and would like for it to stay around, stay relevant, and stay interesting.

This is a very user friendly app. I have used it now for a week. I only missed one day of using it. I would like to make two suggestions. First, have he app keep track of how many workouts are completed and then congratulate me. Second, provide a way that I can rate each workout in terms of how well I think I did. I will keep using this app.
