Pretty good
This would be close to a five star app if it didn’t keep changing the volume every time an alert is received or when some other apps are opened. If the split function is being used with different volume levels for each side, the volume changes to match the loudest setting… Not good. And the setting changes when opening other apps is more than annoying.

Good start, need push alerts for magnet disconnects
This could be 5 starts with push alerts to parents’ phones for device disconnects (young kids who are not talkers yet).
Also some opportunity to make app more intuitive (program assignment and volume levels in the same place, for instance, and ability to “lock” both devices to the same program so you don’t forget to change one side).

Sometimes the app pairs right off with the CI and sometimes it doesn’t. I found when I reset my phone it USUALLY pairs up.
Also when the app times out the volume setting reverts to whichever side is set the loudest. This makes the volume spilt function useless.
I like how you can change the ratio of microphone to hearing loop or microphone to Roger-On in those program settings.

Needs improvement
Considering how much the processors cost, you would think the app would rate 5 stars. Sorely disappointed in this app. Impossible to keep my “ears” connected-have to keep removing battery. Won’t connect to Bluetooth devices, really struggling as a healthcare worker.

Unreliable
I have 1 cochlear and one “normal” hearing aid. All of a sudden the normal one will shut down not work and not connect, yet still acts as a volume control for the cochlea implant. I’ve changed the battery and shut off the phone still not working. Both devices are AB bionics.

Almost never works
Can never get this app to connect to my processors. Works maybe 1 out of 10 tries, even when already connected via Bluetooth.

I really wish I could connect this to my daughters CI. The one time it worked was great. The rest of the time has been a disappointment

Totally subpar app
It’s unbelievable that AB has such a basic app in 2022. I was able connect my processor with my iphone once but never worked afterwards.

BUGGY
This app is awful. It connects to my air play every time my phone goes to sleep, running my battery low!!!!
