Aceso is a mobile app that uses Artificial Intelligence to provide users with a virtual Personal Trainer & Physical Therapist. It will learn their habits, workout ability and adapt. Tailoring each workout/exercise based on the previous ones & the users end goal to challenge them a bit more every time. The Rehabilitation side of the app will create custom Home Exercise Plans that will help users recover from most musculoskeletal disorders, while tracking their progress.

A big help

I have been using this app for about a month now & I must say the progress is surreal. It sure beats me trying to create random workouts on my own. Since I don’t have a fitness background that was hard for me, but this app does all the work for I LOVE IT!!!

Love the concept
I was skeptical at first about an app claiming to provide you with a virtual personal trainer but Aceso has exceeded my expectations. The only thing that’s really different from having a real trainer is there is no one yelling in your ear, and I’m not so sure that’s a lost from my perspective!

This app is honestly amazing! I’ve never had an app that actually takes the workouts I complete and uses those to create more challenging ones but still knows my ability to complete them. First of its kind and I’m sold..
