———About Posture Manual———
Have you ever been rubbing your back because of back pain, or tried to stick to an upright sitting posture because of neck discomfort, simple movements were causing you to get injured. You notice it all seems to be related to daily posture, and movement habits. Or maybe you want to change your tech neck, and want to be more confident in your gait. You may have searched for a lot of information and read some books. But with words and pictures, the complexity of the body can make it difficult to distinguish your own posture.
Posture Manual uses AI posture assessment + Range of motion assessment to generate a detailed posture reports and workout plans for you. With 3D and AR technology, Visually view the assessment results, and compare them with your own body, understanding and changing your posture is no longer difficult.
——Reports——
The posture assessment report is structured by body region into four sections: "Pelvic Lumbar", "Thorax Shoulder", "Head Neck", "Legs Feet".
The reports cover eight topics: "Muscle Balance", "Breathing", "Gait Standing", "Nervous System", "Psychological Stress", "Awareness Perception", "Sitting posture", "Sleeping posture".
• Before the body region sections, the "Introduction" and "Preface" sections present the eight categories of topics and basic points of view. Topics are introduced in a step-by-step manner and no prerequisite knowledge is needed.
• After the body region sections, the "Conclusion" section describes how to start your workouts.
• Each report is shown with corresponding explanation animation. Quickly switch between 3D-AR.
• Reader mode, custom themes, text, and paragraphs.
——Workout Plans——
The posture workout plans are organized into 9 workout plans according to body regions with keywords describing the posture characteristics inside the application. Learn the exercises in the plans and sense the various regions of the body.
• Step-by-step instructions for exercises. Steps can be quickly switched or repeated.
• 3D scenes. Auto tracking movement key points.
• AR. Observe the exercise at any angle. Your trainer is right in front of you.

• Review the suggested workout sessions for each exercise in the workout plan.
• Review or follow the speed and number of times of the ideal workout routine.

Check out the summary of the goal for workout and reading.
• Animation reports a summary of the day's goal or weekly goal.
• Use medals to distinguish your day or weekly progress.
• Use the goal calendar to review your persistence.
——Apple Watch——
• 3D now comes to your Apple Watch. Rotate the digital crown to view the exercise.
• Save the workout health data to the "Health" App.
• Save the workout to the "Fitness" App. Close Your Rings.
• Check the progress of today's workout and reading.
———Privacy Policy———
Application designed around privacy protection.
• On-device processing, all assessment computation is processed on your device.
• Due to the powerful performance of the device, AI assessment done on the device has become possible.
• Syncing with iCloud
• If you use multiple devices, data will be synced across multiple devices using iCloud.
• Apple Watch syncs with a paired iPhone.
• Health data is saved to the "Health" and "Fitness" Apps, making health data easy to manage.
Privacy Summary:
• "Posture Manual" data is stored only on your device, synced using your iCloud account.
• Health data recorded by Apple Watch is stored in the system's "Health" and "Fitness" app. "Posture Manual" only records the duration of workouts for you to track your goal.
• By design, avoid any data being stored on any third-party service.
Using the tools you are most familiar with on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, your data is under your control.
