Not impressed
I just started using the website to work toward my wellness premium for work. I downloaded the app thinking it would be easier. Both the website and app are horrible to try to navigate. I can’t even find on the app how to get to the part to get my daily points so I still have to jump on the website. The app and website both need to be way more user friendly. I’m a pretty techy guy and even created my own website back in the day. Both the app and website need major improvements to know where to go for certain things. For instance, I have to click on Rewards on the website to get to the daily articles for points. Why isn’t there just a heading that says “Daily Articles”? And to get my weekly 800 points, why isn’t there a heading that says “Weekly Points” at the top rather than having to scroll through and find Health Education first especially if not knowing that’s where it’s at. Make it simple!!!

This app is 17 years old, and has certainly had an opportunity to get some of the basics right. It’s just so sad that it can’t. I’m not sure if it’s shoddy developers, remedial QA, or Peters principled management that simply cannot get this thing stable. I pity the user that needs to use this app to coincide with workplace requirements. It’s awful and has remained so for the five years I’ve been forced to use this thing. If you want specifics, I need to enter my login information the 90% of the time it thinks I am a new user, and I have to set a pin and enable Face ID EVERY TIME. I won’t delve into how the app crashes with certain content. That appears to be a topic far too advanced for this “team”. Wish I could ask for a star from them. I swear, this app should get negative one or two stars.

Worst app I’ve ever used. Crashes constantly
Besides the fact that the app relaunches literally every few seconds, it will often not record my steps and exercise towards a challenge. The menus are buggy and don’t load correctly. I contacted support about the step logging issue. They sent me an email to fill out my user information and never heard anything since. It’s been several days now. I’m supposed to be using this app for a healthcare discount but nothing on it works correctly. The worst developed app I’ve ever used. I mean that.

App is terrible.
I see on about every review, you ask people to call an 800 number. That should be completely unnecessary. You are receiving all the information you should need in these reviews? What are we going to tell you over the phone, that we can’t in this review. In my previous review, I was very discriptive. And there’s nothing else I’d be able to tell you over the phone. We shouldn’t have to do that. And no one wants to mess with that. Just PLEASE fix these issues so we can use the app.

Always slow in the app
Every year I thought you will improve. But you don’t. It takes a long time to open the app. And when it finally log in, it would pause for the longest time. Don’t blame my internet because other apps works just fine. It’s always you that takes forever to go to the next page or do anything next.

Great but have to reconnect apple health monthly
Nice app but annoyed I have to reconnect apple health every month or it stops recording my activity. Frustrated that I have to change my password every 90 days but it never works properly so I have to call customer service every time.

Maintenance
They are always down for maintenance. When I have time to go in the app they are down. I have never been on an app that shuts the whole app down for 12 plus hours of maintenance. It is a bit much.

Change my password every 120 days, gald you know how to inform people of that before locking them out of their account and having no way to unlock it besides trying to get a hold of someone. Which fyi does not work when the numbers on the website do not work nor does emailing you to get any assistance. Streamline your system!

Good app but have to login toooo many times
I like the app because it is easy to use but I have to login almost every other week. And then I have to change my password almost every 6 months. Please do something about that!
