Unable to reset password
I’m unable to reset my password with the current experience. When I try to reset my password I get 2 error messages that say something along the line of “You’ve already used that password” and “Check your credentials”.
I did check my email to see what was happening only to find that I did reset it about 8 times. Even though I apparently reset my password 8 times, I’m still unable to login.

Never sent activation email
Like many, the app never sent the activation email for me to be able to log in. I found a work around though. If you go to “forgot password” it will (in my case, sent to my junk folder) send an email and then once you reset the password it will bypass the activation email requirement allowing you to log into your account and see your ID card. Regardless, this app is clearly not a priority for Aetna.

Worst App
I have tried and tried to register on this app to get my vision cards. It will not let me register or do anything. I called customer service and they told my to register on the app to get my cards. Well it’s kind of hard to do that if it won’t let me register. I need my cards. The customer service representative also told me she would email me my card but never did. You really have to love dealing with apps and insurance companies!! 👎😤

App doesn’t work
Like everyone else, can’t register for a new account because it says I already have one. Can’t use my Aetna dental account info because it says that’s invalid. Can’t reset my password because no email comes through and it’s not in my spam folder either. So I just can’t use the app at all. This is my very first time using Aetna insurance or trying to set anything up so … not a great first impression unfortunately.

Complete Garbage
This app is awful. You can log into the main Aetna app but the vision isn’t linked so you need separate login creds. Those nicely don’t work correctly but you can reset your password which errors out but you still get an email saying the password was updated. But gloriously enough the new password that errored out but also said it updated via confirmation email doesn’t work.

Can’t even sign in
Absolutely useless app. Tried to sign in and none of my passwords work. Sent a request to reset my password. Apparently the one I want to use (which it’s been telling me was wrong this whole time) “has been used before.” How? This is the first time I’ve made an account with you people. Tried to reset my password multiple times to no avail. Why even make this app?

Unable to add to Apple Wallet
The only reason that I downloaded this app was to add my vision card to Apple Wallet! There is absolutely no where on this app to do that and it even states in the description that you can add to Apple Wallet. Got the info I needed and not out into another app! What a waste of time and space. Either make it functional or remove it until you can fully support the app. It’s not that hard to do!

Unable to reset password
This is app is the worst along with the Aetnavision website. It doesn’t allow you to reset your password . You will get the email to reset but it doesn’t accept your password. However you will get email stating your password has changed. When you try to enter your newly changed password. You get an error message again This is very frustrating and major inconvenience

Total garbage app can’t login or reset password
No portability between the Aetna main app and the Aetna vision. The app won’t let you reset the login and password, it constantly hangs up, and also keeps coming up with an error.
It so worthless, despite my company committing to Aetna as our insurance servicing company, I’ve deleted this vision app in frustration a number of times.

Hacky crap
Appears to be essentially a webview. No idea why Apple lets them get away with claiming to support Wallet, as the feature simply isn't there. Wallet's supported in the mainline Aetn Health app, and appears to be supported in the EyeMed app from the same developer, but this app just doesn't offer the feature.
Since that's the one thing I wanted this app for, it was absolutely useless. Thanks
