However the App is not good. When I press “buy tickets” it just spins and spins… the app never opens to allow me to choose my seats. Hopefully the app-makers will fix this soon!

I spent $40 on tickets and it charged my bank account. When I clicked on the “print” button it wouldn’t go anywhere, so I couldn’t print the tickets, and when I went to my email to see if I could access the tickets there, I had never received an email. I went back to the app to try and print the tickets again and the app had gone back to the home page, and there was no way for me to access my buy history or see that I had purchased them. Again, it charged my bank account, but I never got the tickets.

I love ACX theaters! They are great! But PLEASE spend some money making this app more user friendly. If you accidentally hit “keep shopping” in checkout - there is no way to get back! You have to select another ticket to get back to the shopping cart and then delete the ticket you don’t want. Why wouldn’t you have a shopping bag or checkout icon in the top to take you back? SO DUMB!!

You can purchase tickets on the app, but the tickets then get emailed to you. It would be better if you could view your purchased tickets in the app, Marcus theaters & AMC theaters have this option.

I was able to purchase tickets on the app, it shows the seats are sold, my bank account was charged, but i never received the tickets and you can’t access them in the app. Horrible app experience.

It would be nice to buy tickets online, but the app goes into spinning black hole. Hello support???

I’m not sure what’s going on, but you guys need to user experience. You app is super glitchy and you can’t even see what move you’re buy. Please update your app, would love to use it more!

I’m trying to see ticket and theater availability all day and cannot get in. Useless app for movie sales.

ACX Cinema 12+ doesn’t appear in the app anymore. Makes it completely useless for me now.
