Not optimized very well.
This app is great if you’re just trying to get your photos/videos off of an action cam. However it’s not optimized very well to be used with newer (iPhone X) devices. It is very difficult to change the camera settings without the app crashing. For basic usage this app is great however it really needs to be optimized and be made easier to use. The interface is difficult to navigate and is confusing.

Easy to use but....
This app is very easy to use and works well. However, it’s crashed on me a few times and causes me to lose recordings I was making. Please fix this!
I change the review comments, IT CRASHES ALL THE TIME DURING FLIGHT! Also, I can’t get the pictures and videos off the camera very easily. When I go to the library, the files are there but they are just grey and not able to be viewed or downloaded to my phone. After I shut the camera and app off a few times I eventually get to the files and they can be viewed and downloaded. I’m very upset at this because my wife worked hard to get this drone for me surprising me at Christmas. Now, it is difficult to enjoy fully because I can’t reliably record and retrieve video and pictures! Please help make this work! Please update this and fix it!

App will make you frustrated
This app is very bad. Go into photos click done and it crashes every time. Open app in landscape mode and all the graphics are squished. Need to swipe through and pick your device each and every time you open the app. It never remembers your settings megapixels or resolution. Preview isn’t working. There’s no way to tell storage space remaining like you can see on the camera. I can only activate time lapse photos on the app and can only activate time lapse video on the camera. The features of the devices aren’t in sync with the app. I’m sure there are more issues to report but my final verdict is to wish I would have bought the GoPro it’s worth the extra money not to deal with the frustration of this app.

Desperate need of an update
The camera is capable of recording 1080p video but I have to set it to 720p or else the app crashes. Even then, it still has a tendency to crash while recording. Sometimes the saved videos don’t show up when you go to view them and all you see are gray icons. It looks like this app hasn’t been updated in at least a year either. Pretty sad for what should be a pretty basic app. I wonder if they’ve given up on it or if they’ll ever update it again. Until then, be prepared for some frustration while trying to record video from your drone.

Lyfe shadow issues.
Won’t connect to the camera and stay connected, no live feed at all and if you tap anything basically the app crashes. Why would you promote this knowing how broken it is? Should have just gotten a go pro I guess, luckily I got the camera for free from a friend and I don’t think I need the app to work it. Overall terrible experience and this company definitely wont get any of my money.

Crashes all the time
I love the drone but the app crashes all the time. I get like 30 seconds to a minute of recording tops before I have to reload the app and try again. Please update this app so it doesn’t crash all the time. I’m about to buy a different camera from a different company. Just so I don’t have to deal with this app all the time.

App crash ALL the time
Can’t get the app to record for not even a whole 2 minutes. It crashes more than any other app I’ve seen on my iPhone 8 plus. Initial setup works 50% of the time following the directions on the manual. Satisfied with flying but totally dissatisfied with the app and streaming feature.

Crap software
The software crashes whenever you try to connect. The is NO customer service, no manuals, and I was missing parts.. can’t use the camera.

Turn around and run away
Ordered one, didn't work. Replaced the first with another one that didn't work. All the online support is in Chinese and my drone still wont calibrate and fly. Sending this back for good. Please look elsewhere.

AEE is garbage
Camera can’t find wifi and the battery good for 5 minutes. What a disappointment. See any comments from the developers? They can’t read English
