New version doesn’t support achieve well being section.
Overall very good application for your health insurance information but latest version has a defect where under achieve well being section you won’t see the calendar or any text where you can put the date for the workout you did for the week so they have to fix that ASAP.

Crashes frequently
The app crashes frequently. It sometimes will not load at all. It looks like you can do a lot in the app but when you actually click on those buttons the app either crashes or gets stuck on a loading screen. Sometimes when you click the button it takes you to a blank page. I checked on the website as well, those pages are just blank. For the most part you still need to log onto the website on a computer to see anything relevant. All in all probably the most useless health insurance app I’ve had yet, which makes sense when you consider the type of health insurance they provide.

No billing history
I have two major problems with the app, one being I cannot see my payment history it only tells me what is due and at that it’s not too clear. Then my second problem is when I try to look up my medication. I’m a diabetic so I was looking up pen needles, that’s the name of the needle for my insulin pen and the app was telling me they couldn't find anything that matched. So then I put in the exact name of the item and still no match, I think the search element could use a major upgrade. Other than these two things I think the app is pretty well made.

Doesn’t work
You’d think that an app for health insurance would include some type of functionality. WRONG. They promote telemedicine but the link doesn’t work. Try to find a doctor, hospital, or specialist, not happening. Try to find an email or phone # to customer service? Nope. The message says to refer to your ID card. This has to be the most useless app ever.

Useless to find doctors
The most important tool would be to identify doctors in your plan network. Unfortunately this doesn’t work and the hyperlink is broken when redirecting. So it’s basically useless unless you checking how much money you’ve already spent.

Great Medical Planning!
This app helps plan and build medical records and helps with medical insight. It could be used to help set you up long term with a medical doctor, or can be used fast. on-the-go. Doctors these days, let me tell ya... :-/

Can’t accept Terms and Conditions to start using the app
Literally cannot check off that I accept the terms and conditions so that I can start using the app.
I’ve restarted the app and the phone and tried on multiple occasions on WiFi and LTE. I’ve tried the app on the phone and tablet. The button just won’t check. What a waste of time and energy.

Works well sometimes
Only once in a while when I really need to use this app it give me an error message. I understand there was an update a few days ago, but since then the app hasn’t worked for me.
