My first suggestion would be to add the ability to download cards to apple wallet. This would allow for users to not need to login as often to access information.

This app work and feels as if it were designed and developed my a first-year highschool computer class. Actually, the class would probably do much better. For the amount of money I pour into this company as well as the hundreds of thousands of other people pour into them, one would thing they could at least get the aspect ratio of the company logo correct. The announced improvements aren’t. The downloads and emails of cards and records work so little one has to say they do not work. This app is barely functional and is completely unintuitive. In the app-connection section, when you click on the app you want to connect, it takes you to Facebook instead of connecting to the app. When trying get information about a claim it will display a date and amount but no more details. When you want more info, one would naturally click on the claim. Instead of providing more info, you are provided an always unworking button for the detailed document to be emailed to you. So you cannot get the info you want. Given the federal requirements on insurance companies, EMR/EHR, the size of this company, and the millions in profits this company takes in, I’m shocked this is their best. Developer: step one should be to put together a user group to receive feedback. I really hope you are embarrassed because you should be.

I used to use the IBX app w/no issues but this is terrible. It won’t let me log in. I tried a wrong password, and it rejects that right away. I use the right one, and it spins and spins and then says I am not connected to the internet- while I wrote this review of their terrible app. I just want a digital ID card and can’t get it. Nothing hard. My auto insurance does it quickly. This doesn’t. I called in to find out why the app wouldn’t work and the representative told me that the app is not that stable and they get a lot of complaints but opening in chrome is usable. I went to their site on Chrome and all the problems were gone. The App is crap. Use their website (in Chrome).

This app is useless. I have been on here for 4 hours trying to find a doctor every single number I call is either wrong, the doctor is no longer there or they are a completely different type of doctor other than the one listed. The app freezes about every 15 minutes and kicks you out and you have to start your search again from the beginning. It would be better not to have an app at all

5 times out of 10 I can actually log in. The remainder of my attempts, I can’t get in. My login and password are correct, it just spins for 5+ minutes so I just end up closing it.

The 50% of the time where I can successfully log in, that’s all I can do. I get in but go to check claims, spins. Try to check prescriptions….. spins. The times when I get in, I can’t get anywhere.

Of all apps to not work well, it’s unfortunate that it’s the app for my health benefits.

I can no longer use the older version of this app because it tells me to download this version. However, I cannot log in on this version because it keeps telling me “System Unavailable” but I can log into my account on the computer so I know it’s not an issue with my log in information. This has been going on for days!

This app is very slow and if you are looking for a doctor good luck! There is minimal information when it comes to searching for various doctors and specialist. I would recommend not using the app and going to your computer instead

This is the worst app I’ve seen so far. The website itself is slow and doesn’t not provide enough information. Everything is messed up. BlueCrosss should pay $10-$20k to someone to build a new website and app for them. I wish if I could give them negative 5 stars.

The button to agree to the terms is non functioning. It’s the first thing you have to do in order to get into the app - therefore the entire app is non functioning. Please fix this issue so people can actually view their healthcare information.

This app either crashes, can’t open if you’re not on WiFi or simply can’t log you in. It’s far behind in terms of apps for other health plans. Please update everything as I’d like to see claims, ID cards etc without issues.
