AIS PLAY Hack 2.9.33 + Redeem Codes

Terrible user experience. I guess I’ve been spoiled by Netflix’s far superior app. Unfortunately it’s about the only outlet for HBO Go here in Thailand so I’ll see how much I can stand before cancelling.

- Bad buffering. Would play for a second and then the logo spins for another two. Repeat.
- Forced Thai subtitle with no option to turn off
- The listing page doesn’t show which show/episode you’ve watched

I downloaded this App and got onto my phone no problem. However when I go to open the App all I get is a Black Screen with the AIS/Play logo in the middle of the screen. There’s no drop down menu nothing at all to tap on to get information on how to sign up just black screen with the AIS/Play logo. I have tried every which way to try and contact the company directly with no success at all. I did finally find a site that gets me to an area to contact the company yet when I put all my information in the ticket it keeps stating that my phone number is incorrect in it’s format. Yet it doesn’t tell me anything on what format it’s asking for. So no matter how many times I enter the number in different ways it still states wrong format. So imagine my frustration with not being able to either email or call this company at all. Just a terrible way to do business especially when you’re trying to get your customers to purchase a premium subscription. Which is what I wanted to do!

Unfortunately, the only thing that I can get to play are the Ads. Then I get a message that says “Video is unavailable!”. I also hope that if/when this gets fixed, the developers will make sure that the subtitles (English) work as well. Also, the ‘Search’ and ‘More Options’ buttons may need to be given their own space instead of being layered on top of the ‘Preview/Ad’ window for easier access (takes multiple tries to select). And, the ‘Search’ button gets lost if there is a white background from the ‘Preview/Ad’ window. Hope to see this app doing better in the future; until then, one star is the best that I can give.

I don’t think the user interface is as bad as others make it out to be - though there is quite a bit of room for improvement. My issue is that very, very little content is actually available in the United States. And you have to select a program and then sit through advertisements before you even find out it is not available. Why even have the app available in the US if the content is not? I’ve uninstalled this. AIS Play exclusives just aren’t worth the hassle…especially if the few I want to watch aren’t even available on their app.

I have downloaded this app multiple times on different devices and they all do the same thing it doesn’t go past the start up screen. It just stays frozen there. I have been wanting to watch a few shows that are exclusive to the app but haven’t been able to. I don’t know why so many great companies choose to work with this app.

i have not even sing up into the app or seen what the app has but it’s just already so bad, i have been waiting for this app to load so that i can sign up and start watching for the past hour, i can already tell it not that good of an app, I think they should really work on improving this app cuz i have literally wasted so much time waiting on this app😫😐

I downloaded this app thinking it would allow me to watch a few shows tht it says it has originally from Thailand but it won’t get pass the main title screen. It seems frozen but nothing fixes it! Cant figure out what’s going on

Ais play is so great I live in the United States an I can still watch this and nothing happens when I am on the app I give this a 4.5 out of 5

I want to watch some of the shows, but they don’t have subtitles. It makes me sad! Let me know if/when you get subtitles and I’ll be back.

I literally can’t input my phone number in the beginning when you first download the app... From the number pad, the only key being able to input is “pause” in the special keys (,).
