My faithful alarm clock! Only one bug...
I've used this program for years. It's particularly helpful in waking me up without arousing my wife, who's a deeper sleeper but not that deep. One problem since I upgraded to iPad Air 2 and iOS 8/9 is that I couldn't get both the sleep and wake buttons to show in a single orientation. In landscape I can see the sleep button only and in portrait I can see the wake button only. A minor annoyance most of the time, but sometimes I wake in the middle of the night and want to restart the sleep sounds program, so this is a little too much for my sleep addled brain. I discovered the work around for this is to OPEN THE PROGRAM IN PORTRAIT MODE. After that it will rotate back and forth as it's supposed to. Anyway, it's not enough to make me abandon such a great program!
Hey, how about adding a "distant train" sound, complete with a low train horn? Heard that once while camping and found it to be very soothing.

Excellent app!
I suffer from chronic insomnia & have tried several apps to help me get to sleep. This one is easy to use & offers a variety of sound options. If I had to point out one flaw, it would be that there is no quick play option. You must set an alarm for the sleep features. Once it is set up, you can just play, so not a big issue. I set up several choices to solve that problem. Definitely worth the money spent.

Dislike meditation
Have had and used the app for several years, it really helps put me to sleep when insomnia tries to prevent it. Personally though, I don't appreciate the guided meditation section. It always pops up and is annoying but thanks for not making it a mandatory part of the program because I would delete it and find another otherwise. Since that was added my rating has stayed at 4/5.

Suggestion: the volume is dependent upon the volume of the device so when I want to add my own music to it, I'm forced to level them out. Not my favorite thing because I'd rather have the background sounds from the app louder than the music and that's just not possible in this version. Basically the suggestion is to make the volume independent from the device it's being used on.

A good app but one major problem
I own Alarm Click Sleep Sounds Plus and Pro. Plus is great! Pro . . . Turns everything off if you exit the app. So if you set your alarm clock and then go check a message quick before you fall asleep (or do anything else other than leave the app up and open on your phone), it turns off my alarm. I found out the hard way when it just didn’t go off one morning and I was late. I couldn’t figure out what happened at the time, but figured it out when I had set the sleep sounds part last night and needed to answer a message quick and the sounds turned off when I navigated away from the app. I checked this morning to be sure the app was updated to the most recent version and it is, so I’d say that bug needs fixed. It should be a 5 star app, but that problem is too major to get more than a couple.

I love this alarm clock
I love it, except to me it’s missing just a few things that I think would take it from “great” to “amazing”. The first thing is there is no option for sleep tracking, that is supported by the iPhone. It would be nice if it had that feature since I often need to check on my sleeping in the morning.
Second, I desperately wish we had different, more melodious choices of sounds and music for the alarm. Mine wakes me up, but I prefer to wake up to music instead of ambience which usually just puts me right back to sleep.
I do recommend this app, but I think adding these would just take it over the top!!

Definitely Love It
I just got this app and tried it out... Holy crap, was it useful! I tend to have bouts of insomnia, or lots of anxieties throughout the day that keeps me restless at night. But then I tried one of the meditations and voila--I was so surprised to find myself easing into sleep without a problem!
The alarm's effective too, and it actually worked to get my sister up (she's notorious for ignoring her alarm clocks). Loving it so far--can't wait to see what else the app can give us :D

Best app ever!!!
I got this app (free version), for the meditation. I loved it and 2 weeks later got the full version. I thought it would be a little better. I was wrong. This is head and shoulders above the free version. In edition to the meditations (about ten more) there are 30 new sounds. No bugs yet either. Only note is that you have to set the alarm to earlier than you want to wake up as it wakes you up at the end of the program. May just be me thou.

Amazing app but keeps crashing
I have a hearing disorder and this app is a life saver! I can’t survive without it. There’s just one problem - it keeps crashing. I even upgraded to the pro version in hopes that it would solve the problem, but it still crashes! I really don’t know what I’d do without this app though - I really hope this problem gets fixed

Dreadful "Please rate our app"
This app is my favorite alarm and I would've given it five stars, if it wasn't for the wretched please rate me crap. If I pay for an app, I don't want to be bothered by advertising or begs for a rating. Absolutely the wrong thing to do devs.
On a more positive note, the alarm is awesome and wakes you up without sending you through the roof like most alarms do. Definitely worth paying for, but at the same time I almost want to tell people to stay away because of the rate me pop up.

I love this app and have been using it for a long time. There are so many options for sounds. It is the best app I have tried!!I I wish the alarm would not automatically be shut off when using another app. It would also be great if days for the alarm to go off was offered instead of having to set it each night.
