Made the switch from Sweat. No regrets.
I’ve now been doing Alexia Clark’s workouts for about 4 months and it’s been so fun and rewarding. I was doing Kayla Itsines faithfully for about 7 years and while no shade at her programming, I really felt a desire to change it up. My body had grown used to the methods utilized by all the trainers and I was no longer seeing new results. Almost immediately after a switching to Alexia Clark I saw improvements. First, my muscles show way more. The movement aren’t as explosive as they are slow and controlled. Second, I’m obsessed with her programming. Every day is different and you never know what the next day will have. Third, her monthly challenges keep it fun and engaging. And they’re HARD in a good way. Great for fitness enthusiasts. Fourth, her workouts offer modifications for home, gym, and easier alternatives. This has been so helpful for me as I switch back and forth from home and gym. Not having to think about substitutions or wondering if I’m compromising the difficulty of the workout has been a game changer. Obviously I’m a big fan and I highly recommend. If you want to push yourself, be a part of an incredible community, never be bored AND see fast improvements I suggest you start! I’m a SAHM/homeschooling Mom of 3 and I am loving every second!
