Great workout very very glitchy app.
The workout programs are great BUT there seems to be issues with the app every two weeks or so. It’ll either say you finished the program, your membership has expired, or simply stay blank. It takes from an hr to several hrs for it to get back to working. I don’t know why this is a continuing issue but it is. Again the meals and programs are wonderful it’s the app that is irritating, especially if you only have a certain time you’re free to workout.

Update: I did say the app is great but there’s some issues. I do contact the developers and they do HELP but it does take hrs and at times it does take days for a reply. I fully understand they can’t reply right away and some issues do take longer to fix. It is an inconvenience but I know it’s a new app. I do recommend it but all I’m saying is, be ready for some bumps along the way. I feel their reply wasn’t the most professional and sounded like they got offended, which wasn’t my intent. You have to be honest so ppl know what they’re getting and when it happens not have them be annoyed at the money they spent. Issues happen. I’m glad the thousands of others don’t have my problems, im jealous. I’m simply speaking from my experience.

Fire!
This program is fire! I’m such a fan of Senada, her exercises, her work ethic and her brand. She puts the work in. Not only are her workouts super effective, her meal’s are chef’s kiss AND she’s a very kind woman. I don’t know her personally but I can tell. She’s very encouraging and hands on. Her crew and we, her followers, seem to be on the same wavelength. I guess she attracts what she is. That’s how the universe works. If you are ready to put the work in. I mean REALLY put the work in, I highly recommend this app. For YEARS I struggled to gain muscle working out and going to the gym, and all I saw were small gains. I went on her program last September (before the app was introduced) and let me tell you!!! The gains are incredible. It all fit into place nicely. I highly recommend this app. It’s got a couple of kinks that need to be tweaked but the actual meat of the app are the actual exercises and the meal plans. The tech parts to me aren’t nearly as important. Annoying but they aren’t so annoying that I wouldn’t use the app. Oh no!! Not happening. I’m a fan. But remember, you’ll really have to put in the work to see and feel the transformation . That part, is up to you.

Great workouts, terrible app
This is not a review of the workout because I think they’re great but the app developers really missed the mark here. After using a few weeks, my top issues are:
1) each workout is like a slide show so you have to flip through all the pages to see what exercises are coming up. This is really frustrating in the gym when a piece of equipment is taken and you have to flip around to see what you do next
2) there’s spaces to enter your reps/weights but the app is super glitchy and often doesn’t save them so you end up with partial workout records.
3) to add that, the current days workout doesn’t show you what weights/reps you did last time so you have flip back and forth between the workout record and current workout (and back through all the exercises you may have done that day) to see that. Very clunky, not thought through.
4) app doesn’t stay awake, even during follow
along video workouts, so you have to constantly tap it to keep it from going to sleep. Ugh!!!
5) no rest timer/workout timer - a little thing b standard in fitness apps.
6) no program summary’s and no way to see a program without starting it, then clicking through each day (and each day stupid exercise slide show) to see if you think it’s a fit.

I love Senada but I do NOT love this app.

Excellent programs.
So far I’ve only done two full days of these workouts. But they’re awesome.

the only thing that I wish was different is if the app program started when you actually click to start it and begin doing the workouts. I bought the program but didn’t start doing them or clock on them for about three weeks after I paid and now I’m trying to play catch-up on all my workouts I got behind on so that hopefully I can get to my correct day I should be on soon. I just wish it started when you actually open the work out program to begin doing them rather than starting on the day you pay.

Anyways so far as the workouts go they are excellent. I look at some of them and think oh this is not going to be hard and then get like four reps in on my first round and start to get excited thinking about that results I’m going to see because they are a lot more intense than they look or seem.

Idk it could be a lot better.
I’m not super loving it so far. The content is great but it seems like the technical aspects of the app are really struggling to be functional even on a basic level. Some suggestions / frustrations: 1. The app is not tracking my progress. Under “workout record” it should show the workouts I’ve actually completed. Yet it doesn't show any. 2. Under “create your own” / “crush it my way” when you are adding individual exercises to a plan, it is very frustrating that you can’t click on the actual exercise to see what it entails. Simply reading the title and seeing a still photo of a workout is not enough information to determine if you’d like to add it to your plan or not. People need to be able to see that in the case of soreness of a certain muscle group that particular day or other work around issues, they need to know. Right now you have to add it to your workout day and then go to that day and watch it. 3. There is also no way to remove an individual workout that you’ve added to your plan. 4. Showing the banner for the “21 day shred challenge” even though it is not accessible anymore.

The app and the programs provided in this app are priceless!
The achievements that I’ve been hitting each time I finish a program which is usually in a few weeks are MAGNIFICENT!!!

It’s very easy to follow along in this app, and it keeps you engaged, excited, and very motivated to move on to the next workout. Also, I want to point out that Senada is amazing in displaying how an individual should hold their form when performing the moves. She’s very precise and she teaches you how to pay attention at tiny details, like which way your toes should be facing or your knees, and to always keep your core engaged, etc. everything in this app is super easy to navigate and is very clear.
She even taught me how to do MMC ( mind muscle connection). Which I learned it in her Expert program that uses mostly bands.
So far I’ve done multiple programs and I’ve repeated a few to make sure I’ve excelled in the exercises especially if they challenged me.
I also want to mention that this app calculates the amount of calories according to your weight and goals, has planned meals, shopping list to prep for your meals and a recipe list as well.
The value of this app and the workouts that are provided are invaluable.

You just have to have the right mindset, determination, patience, persistence, and you will definitely get the results you’re looking for. ♥️

Wow. Not like other apps
I’ve been doing this app for 12 weeks now after I started with Senada online last year. She really knows what she’s is doing! I am SO happy with my results. I have lost weight and gained muscle! My body has transformed. Not only does this app come with daily workouts specific to what you want and need but you have control over how you set it up, or you can let the the day by day routine take control so you are held reliable, which is what I do. It also has a macro calculator as well menus.. It also has activation workouts for whichever body part you’re working that day, such as upper or lower body. Not to mention the community on Facebook that comes with it, if you want to be involved there also. They share before and after pictures and success stories. I’m excited to start the next 12 weeks! It’s beyond worth it. It’s not like other apps 💪

Game changer
One of the standout features of this app are the many Senada training plans. She has developed special workouts for every level of fitness. You’ll find a workout that’s suits your level. Also, after completing an initial assessment, the app tailors a nutrition plan to suit your individual fitness goals and preferences. This level of customization has been a game-changer for me, as it keeps me motivated and on track to achieve my targets. The choice of meals is also amazing!

What sets Crush It apart from other fitness apps is the sense of community it fosters. Through the app, you can connect with like-minded individuals in the FaceBook group, share your progress, and encourage each other. JUST GET IT!!!
Best app ever, seriously. I had been following Senada on Instagram for awhile and finally decided to try her program and workouts. Previous to this app, I had been lifting and working out for a solid year. Her workouts have made me feel muscles and parts of my body I did not know existed, and I have a whole new respect for bands! Holy INTENSE! Her workouts are creative, fun, I absolutely look forward to the gym because it’s something different, moves that require concentration and involve multiple movements so you’re engaging so much more of your body and core, and I am feeling that DEEP ache in your core that I’ve only ever otherwise felt with Pilates or Yoga. This app and these workouts are fire. Sure there’s little things that I would change but I am loving this and can’t wait to see what my body looks like in 3 months, and then 6 months following her workouts!

This app has changed my life!
I started using Senada’s Crush It app a year ago and haven’t looked back. It’s filled with fantastic workouts, different levels and variations, the options are endless! You can track your weight and reps so that you can work on progressively challenging yourself more and more. The videos and descriptions that come with each exercise are super helpful for getting your form right. Beyond all the amazing work outs, there is a macro calculator that you can customize to your goals and tons of recipes that cover every type of dietary need. I highly recommend using this app if you want to get into a solid workout routine and change your body and mind along with it. The results I see and feel are incredible and I owe it to Senada and her app (and me using it consistently of course!)
