App doesn’t move forward
The app freezes at some points and it doesn’t allow the flexibility of choosing especially in the Quran memorization part. My child is stuck on one surah because the app will not let her continue and she can’t skip to another.I thin

I am upset and I want my money back.
I purchased a package for 3 children and it constantly crashes in the middle of them learning then it sets them back when they restart the app. I am upset because this has been happening since we purchased the app. In the beginning I wouldn’t be as bad but now it is completely in the way of their education. And I can’t get a refund for an unusable program which has me completely upset because I paid for a year subscription and have only had it for about a month or 2. I want a refund for the month s unused.

Frequent Freezing
A working progress. I can’t recall the last time I wrote a review for an app. I don’t think I have ever. It’s unfortunate that I am writing a review for an Islamic App. Sadly as other reviewers mentioned, this app has freeze issues , learning progress doesn’t happen seemingly. I have tried it for a good month now, tie to find other platforms. May the developers get this app where it needs to be

Paid through the website and cannot access it.
Horrible. I received an in app discount for the lifetime subscription which was offered through their website and I have yet to be able to use it. If I could rate this zero stars I would. I am now going to call me bank to receive my money back since I did not receive the services I paid for. Also, why have a business and not offer your customers the option to call!? I hate having to wait for emails because it seems like forever. We’ll see how long it takes for them to respond.

Version 1.98 is cool but I can’t do much
I can’t do a password or email to get in so many lessons to do 😔 I’m trying all the passwords that I know but it just doesn’t work. if there’s anything you can do to help that would to let any password and email allowed to go in well at least version 1.98 works

Can you please create something like this but with math reading and all other sciences like abc mouse and homer. I would love that!I tried homer for a day and they have things that aren’t Islamic like birthdays , other holiday, like Christmas and valentine etc. I need something for my kids that’s fun like this. If anyone knows something interactive please let me know.

My son loves learning on this app but it crashes too often to reach its full potential! The developers need to fix the bugs and random freezes and it will be amazing!

Exciting, then...
It seemed like the app would be great for the kids. After making the purchase, it unlocks the additional lessons...for 15 minutes...and then it crashes and then asks you to login, but you can’t login because you never created a login. And then the next monthly charge comes and then search online how to cancel subscription. Sad.
