No way to get to their support team
While on Alignable, they solicited me to spend $200 promoting my business and my ROI was close to a BIG ZERO for 2 months and now I want to cancel but there is no way to get in touch with them and I have posted many request to groups to show me how but there is no hope. This os the worst app ever what a waste. If support team reads this then contact me to resolve my problem and I will improve this review. HOMEREDI on Alignable.

Terrible app doesn’t work
90% of the time I use the app, it doesn’t work and I’m forced to use my laptop instead to login. This is often troublesome because I’ll see a notification of a message but I can’t get to it to read it in a timely fashion to respond. I also have to login every time because it doesn’t keep my info.
The ROI for Alignable is pretty much zero. The leads I do get aren’t what I’m looking for or they don’t come in at all. I have recommendations, I’ve filled in all of my profile and I’m even in some groups. Problem with the groups is you can’t promote yourself. Isn’t that why we are all here?

I received a legitimate looking invitation from someone I trust asking me to join Alignable. Turns out they had no knowledge that this email existed and never sent it to me, they were hijacked because they were on someone else's contact list. Before I knew it, all of my own contacts including my own mother were getting spam invitations from me to join this platform. I specifically declined to import my contacts list so this wouldn't happen, but they stole my personal information without my consent. I am deleting the app and investigating what would be the proper Government agency to file a complaint about this sketchy behavior

This app offers no value
I just discovered alignable has been taking money out of my account for the last 10 months without my consent. I’ve received so little value from what I thought was a free membership that I unsubscribed from their constant and worthless emails and forgot about it. Until I noticed a recent charge to account. I called my bank to dispute and discovered they’ve been hitting my account for months. I’ve tried calling but am directed to leave a voicemail as no one will call me back. They will only respond via email. I’ve requested a full refund for all unauthorized payments withdrawn from my account.

Most negatives when I looked where a year ago
Now today October 2022 the site is great it really connects people of all business sectors Issues on iPhone it crashes freezes at times which I am sure is being sorted

App needs work... a lot of it.
I’ve tried to like this app but it needs a lot of work. Good idea / mediocre execution. It may evolve so I’m not going to delete it yet but it isn’t ready for prime time and I don’t recommend it. Definitely don’t give them your contacts as Alignable is a spam machine.
Things I don’t like:
You cannot join via the app (yes, really)
Poorly design app and function
Every time you log in they try to get you to spam your contacts. At every turn they ask you to invite you contacts and then want to charge you to connect with them!
You have to pay to connect with businesses after a limited number of “credits”.
To upgrade is expensive for an app without a proven track record of being a valuable service

Overall, I give the company an A for the idea a C- for app design and a failing grade for their value proposition.

Don’t download this app
If you’re looking for a reason not to download this app, look no further. I’ve never posted an app review and am doing it because of how much this HURT my business.
Aside from the fact that it’s a bad layout, poor UI/UX and requires a bunch of convoluted steps to get started, the worst part of this app is that it can spam your ENTIRE EMAIL LIST.
Alignable has now spammed every. single. contact. I had clients emailing asking if I meant to send that to them. So if you don’t want to spam your clients, ex girlfriends, 3rd grade teacher, and grandma then just don’t download this app

It’s a mess
You get an email saying you should connect with someone. “Okay I agree” click on it and it just takes you to a page to invite your contact list. You try to search for your friends name but it’s impossible because the search is only for groups lol.
Cherry on top is their is no way to contact them that their website is broken. To me that’s the number one way to say you don’t care about your customers at all.

Spammy Email Collector
This app seems built for one purpose - to collect every possible email it can. Every time you login, it prompts you to connect with every person who you have ever emailed that is already in their system, or to invite every person you have ever emailed who is not in their system. The idea seems reasonable (like Nextdoor for small business), but I haven’t seen any useful activity other than their multi-daily no-reply auto emails prompting you to add more info to your profile.
