Inconsistent and hard to register invites
Sending an invitation through the app is impossible. Its inconsistent and requires things like your country...but then wont accept “United States of America.” So I am unable to continue. Also, what if the business professional does not have an email address or the system does not recognize an email address? Look, if I know someone is coming to a meeting, it should be VERY EASY to register with their mobil phone number. Its 2019. Texting is all some people use.

Very helpful, use as digital biz cards
I appreciate having this app as I can call up the profiles of my chapter members containing their contact info, do a screenshot, and share it as a text or email in place of a business card. Very helpful! It’s also quick and easy to log data (referrals, TYFCBs, 1-2-1s, and education) giving me more specific data in my back office. Kudos to the dev team that’s clearly put a lot of work into this.

App is Great BNI tool
I think that many of the bad reviews of this app were when it first amle out. They’ve added so many great features and it’s super easy to grab your phone and put in a referral or 1:1 right when you have it on hand so that you don’t have to do a bunch of uploading information at the end of the month.

Doesn’t Work Most of the Time
Doesn’t work most of the time - just sits there in la la land/ black hole? And then it doesn’t recognize my password. I have fingerprint recognition on my iPhone - and the app still doesn’t recognize my fingerprint.
If I’m lucky enough to get in, completing the referrals is painful- ALL fields need to be filled in - even if you don’t have all information (don’t know phone # or email address off the top of my head) or limited number of characters to send note / information with the referral.
I’ve pretty much given up using this app. Emailing referrals directly is much easier.

Too Small
Why doesn’t this app fill an iPad screen? I downloaded it on my iPad so I wouldn’t have to look at a small phone screen, and it is the same size. Very user unfriendly for older eyes.

Not sure why there are sign in issues etc. I email support and they fix stuff within hrs. If you go down below on the app and search you can do a lot of things with cross chapter! Great job Stephen and team!

Doesn’t always works...
I really like to use this app for logging my slips, but it doesn’t open most of the time... you go to the app, it appears it’s refreshing, then screen goes black and out of the app. So annoying.
