Same story as many others I’m not even able to access the app … stuck in a login flow that doesn’t seem to understand anything. I can’t even get it to send the 2FA email to get part login.

Upgrade Makes App Much Better
Since the upgrade, I am able to do everything that I was hoping to do before, but couldn’t. It’s great having the ID card and claims at such easy access, and the interface is very user-friendly.

Poor UI
Cannot even login and the UI feels like we are back in the early days of mobile app development. I hope there is a plan to modernize this and empower customers to actually use it.

Horrible!
Can’t even login! Keeps send me cod for login and nothing happens! Website doesn’t work either! I deeply regret having choosing this medical plan! I will change it next year!

Problems from the login screen
Wish I’d never signed up for this insurance. It’s very concerning that a Health Insurance Company worth its salt doesn’t have a properly functioning app. Absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible App
My company just changed to Allegiance so I have attempted to login to the app and get set up. It accepts my username and password but when it sends me a text verification code and I enter it I’m brought back to the login page to re-enter my password. I re-enter my password then it asks me again to request a verification code and enter it, I do and it takes ne back to the login page to enter my password again. I played this frustrating circular game 4 times never getting into the app successfully. TERRIBLE APP! How is this even allowed on the App Store? App developers read your reviews and do better.
