Works but should have ticket barcode in purchases
In the ticket confirmation section or purchases, it shows the breakdown of the tickets you purchased but not the barcode to pick up your tickets. Frustrating and pointless that I have to have my email to do this.

Excellent for quick booking and reminders
I used to use the website to book movies until I was given a prompt for the app. After trying the app I found it very helpful for quickly booking and having reminders sent to you without repeatedly putting in your email. You can also favorite your theatre near you so you don’t have to scroll through the list of theaters, making booking easier. The app is also much quicker than the website especially if you have your credit card on the app.

Needs An Upgrade
Needs an upgrade similar to the Regal Theatres app. If not that, then please fix the issue with the tickets not showing up for the times it is showing.

Wheelchair spaces
I use the app to buy tickets for my brother and I. We never had any problems buying seats or wheelchair spaces before the update. Since the new update on the app, it won’t let us pick the wheelchair spaces no more and it is frustrating.

Fees
Great app that I would give five stars if they didn’t charge you fees to use it to buy your tickets. Pay the fees or stand in the line at the theater and hope you get a seat.

Needs to be updated, honestly feels like a system from 2015.

App doesn’t work
I heard about this app from Allen Theaters Facebook page and decided to download it. I can get as far as the list of theaters when the app opens but nothing else loads. Just a waste of space on my phone.

Clunky, at best
Fees, glitches, and just as bad as buying on the website. I just wish Las Cruces had any other option to see movies. Allen Theatres more often than not drops the ball.

Recent update
Since the recent update, I cannot purchase any tickets online and with the app. 🥲 I tried redownloading the app but it’s not working at all.
