Ok so I got this app thinking that it was like the TX lottery app that lets you scan all tickets to see if they are winners or not. Yeah no! I live so close to TX I would so much rather just buy tickets there. I only got this figuring it would save me time and gas. My husband always buys tickets then sometimes he accidentally throws out winners! Last time I took his tickets to the store to verify they were losing tickets I found $30 he missed. The TX app lets you scan the QR thing at the bottom of every scratch off and verifies weather it is winner and how much or if it is not. TX lottery app is Amazing not like this junk. I have to keep driving to the store to check tickets and then people look at me like I am crazy. Not crazy when you find money my husband was tossing in the trash!!!

I never, ever write app reviews, but this app is so terrible that I had to. If I could give it zero stars, I would, because it *constantly* crashes, immediately. Literally as soon as it’s opened, it crashes from the very first screen....Save yourself the trouble, the frustration & the memory - because this app is nothing but a useless waste of precious memory, taking up space on my iPhone..Will DEFINITELY be deleting it after submitting this review.

What’s the point?
Was interested in the app as the tickets say to download the official app for more prizes. Tried scanning tickets in and says a Technical Error Occurred after trying to submit. Not sure what error, I was logged in and the ticket numbers came up correct after scanning. This app is useless unless it gets updated and fixed.

Wish I could give zero stars!
Totally useless! I read the reviews from 3 years ago, thought the issues would have been addressed. SURPRISE, same issues! Don’t waste your time. Better yet, if you live close to any border states, buy your lottery tickets there, at least they’ll listen.

Scanning Lottery Tickets
It’s unfortunate there isn’t a way to scan lottery tickets on your app. All other states in the union provide this feature on their app. Why is the State of New Mexico different? Please make this happen asap please!

Does not kept logon credentials
Every time you enter the app to enter a loser, it requires your email and password. You enter it, but the next time you go into the app it requires it again. such a waste of time to enter for one scratcher.

Garbage
This app is crappy. Not like TX Lottery which allows the user to scan the barcode of each ticket. It lets the user know if it’s a winner or not, if so, how much.
I’m deleting this app from my phone. Don’t want this garbage taking up memory & data space.

Waste of time!!
I thought I’d be able to scan my tickets to see if they were winners of not like I’m able to with the Texas lottery app but no!! All I get when I scan my tickets is an error message. Completely useless app

Doesn’t Work
Like a previous review stated, it will not allow you to enter tickets into the system. You get a technical error. This blows. As much money as they make it seems as though they could at least make an app that works. BOOOO NM LOTTERY PEEPS.
