Not so great
I used to have Dish and was excited to see this app since I was used to having something like it with when I was with Dish (I went with CBT for the internet and thought I would give their TV service a try). I was very disappointed. When I had IOS 10 it worked, but only while connected to the same wireless network the service was on. When I was with Dish, I could connect to any channel from anywhere I had internet access. Strike one. I upgraded my iPad to IOS 11 and now you can’t even watch any channel while at home on the same wireless network. You can see the guide, but big deal, I can use TV Guide app for that. Strike 2. Come on CBT why don’t you give me a reason to stay. 3 strikes and I’m back to Dish.

A product the company does not care about
Two months after iOS 12 is released this app still does not support it and will not play back anything. WF112 error. Just so everyone knows, it’s not like the iOS gets released and developers have to scramble to update their apps, they have beta versions in advance for the very purpose of making sure your app does not have an outage when the iOS version is officially released. The majority of these poor reviews are because of the app not able to be used after iOS updates. Just stay ahead of these updates and get good reviews and have a product to take pride in. It doesn’t take an overpaid business analyst to figure this out.

WORST APP EVER
Did I already say this was the worst app ever!?!?!?!!!!! This app never works. Alway receive “we’re experiencing technical difficulties and to try back later. If you are paying a premium for cable and their supposed connectivity; the the app should work ALL THE TIME. Won’t be too long before Altafiber goes out of business. Save yourself the trouble and money and just SWITCH NOW to Spectrum or one of the hundreds of other steaming services that actually work and cost way less. It is clear Altafiber doesn’t care or know how to manage an app.

WF112 issue makes app unusable
This app works great in the interface but when you click on the channel it gives an error message with a playback error. I have looked at numerous other reviews saying the same things, and developers have claimed to fix this issue by reinstalling the app, but that does not work. It’s frustrating to see this issue be “fixed” by the developers, when it appears to still not work. I also tried this app for iPhone and got a similar result.

Terrible
It’s March Madness - and I’m MAD! Wanted to be able to watch a game on my iPad while having another game on TV. But just get “No content available” message! Chatted on line with 2 people - log off/on, delete reload, etc. one even suggested to download an app called “My Fioptics”. DOES NOT EXIST! Worked fine a few days ago. Paying out the wazoo for internet and wi-fi and think this should be high priority. Don’t have many other choices around here. Get it fixed!

Was excited to see this was available. Won't let me log in. Tried the My Account setup and it made me log in to my account. Did so and then ... I was just logged in on the website. Didn't say what to do. Then exited and tried the same login info on the app and it tells me my login is wrong. About fed up with Fioptics. Time Warner was cheaper and had way less issues. Pain in my buttocks.

It is good for watching it at home, but you have to have WiFi. However, in the (hopefully) near future they will come out with an update that lets you watch without it. Can’t wait till then!

It’s the Olympics… Get your s together
This is the time of year when you want your app for live streaming to work perfectly – the Olympics. Well it’s annoying that I can’t watch anything on this app, missing an Olympic match live while on the go because my provider has a crap app… It makes me want to switch to literally any other provider.

How this App ever worked?
I’ve tried watching TV through this app multiple times while connected to my home WiFi network (powered by Cincinnati Bell) and it has NEVER worked. The same for the iPhone app. You would think a so-called technology company would be able to deliver on what they promised if they really wanted to. Apparently, Cincinnati Bell doesn’t care to deliver on them. Very dissatisfied. Again!

Great WHEN it works
Works about 50% of the time. The sound cuts in and out regularly. The app will freeze in the middle of a program and I have to restart the program to get it working again while missing a portion. If you really want to watch something you better park it by the TV. No content available. I can't believe I am paying for such poor service.
