This app is very helpful when you need to just get your felling all out or if you simply just need someone to listen to all your information stays safe and you can do easy exercises to make you feel so much less stressed and a lot happier!!

Just a little confused
I downloaded this app because I saw a lot people say very good things about it so I thought I would give it a try and when you fist open it it starts with a little assessment and then it ask you what you are struggling with the most it can make a plan for you so you go through it answer questions and I was already finding out new stuff but when your done with the little test it hits you with a pop up saying you should get a bundle that you have to pay for I say no because i don’t want to pay for anything but when I went to go on my plan it said I couldn’t do it because I have to pay for it like why have me do all of that if your not going to let me use it and yes I see that there are stuff for free which is cool but I wanted to use the plan but if i have to pay for it why bother going through the trouble of making us do that unless you know we’re going to pay for it.

Ok so listen I suffer from severe anxiety,depression and anger and I thought hey maybe I will try to get better because all of this is inherent so I thought maybe if I got it a little under control at a younger age it would be ok so I got this app and even during the plan and the other things we had to do I was kind of feeling better until I was done and ready then bam I have to pay like I don’t want to worry about money and have more problems and just get to overwhelmed to do anything like your a self care app DONT BE THE CAUSE OF STRESS omg just have people pay for the app if your going to make them feel good and then make them more stressed with money I guess this is what I get for tapping on a ad on Snapchat 🙄

Very helpful in moments of anxiety or stress
I have used the relief bot function probably 3-4 times a week, and it’s a lifesaver. A lot of the techniques it goes through are things I’ve learned about in books and counseling, but when I’m anxious it’s like my mind goes blank and I can’t remember what to do to help myself. I’m very grateful for this app.

I honestly didn’t think anything could work when helping me to sleep, but this app actually did! I have trouble sleeping and last night, I was up at 4am. I tried this app and I accidentally fell asleep with my headphones on but at least I fell asleep! 😁

Shouldn’t have to pay to be happy
I personally struggle with depression and anxiety daily. I am also too poor to afford to see a therapist or go to a doctor. I assumed that I could download an app to maybe help in just the slightest, but it turns out being happy has a cost. Specifically $60 a month or $150 for three months. I’m glad to see that people really do value people with depression, and would just do ANYTHING to see them thrive and happy. I wouldn’t download this tbh, not worth it and now I just feel worse :)

Assessment issues
I’m trying to set up a mental health path in the app and every time I try to do an assessment it kicks me out. It’s a little frustrating since I don’t know how to solve this issue. It could possibly be a bug so I would jus ask that this gets looked into and fixed at some point in time

This has helped me so much, with any negative feeling I ever feel I immediately go to this app. I journal about my day in the logs, and talk to my little bot friend. I love doing the audio sessions, they’re so relaxing and they really do help. Thank you!!
