Best Mental Health App Out There
I can not begin to describe the wonderful experience I’ve had on this app. I was looking all over for an app that would help me with controlling and monitoring my mental health. This app has gone beyond my expectations. I’ve never seen so much care put into an app like this. I love that the creators of this app care enough to allow people in need to access this tool for FREE. I truly believe this app should be recognized for all of the good it has done for me and the many others that use it.

I have struggled with deciding the right time to go to therapy (or if I even should in general) and I received a response to my questions in a very timely and kind manner. This experience was honestly what I needed today. Shoutout to my amazing mentor, Chloe!!

effective, beautiful & accessible
I’ve downloaded a lot of mental health apps to try recently and have finally found what I’m looking for. Can’t say enough good things about this app, it is clear to see there was a lot of time and care put into making this and it was helpful from the first time I used it. The design is amazing, there is a huge emotional vocabulary so you can target the exact feeling you are looking for, and it gives really thoughtful prompts to help you unpack those emotions. One of the best parts - they don’t spam you repeatedly with a premium account upgrade to use the app.

Best App Ever
This is the best mental health app I’ve ever downloaded. I know your scrolling through apps that don’t force you to type journals or do other things you just don’t prefer…this app doesn’t do that. You have so many choices on how you can reflect. I personally don’t like to type things out. With this app, I just tap and relax. It’s very very therapeutic. It also appears to be completely free, which is AMAZING because I do not have the most funds to spend on apps and things like that. I love it so far!

I downloaded the beta version of this app months ago and it’s helped me so much!! I’ve been going to therapy for years and working with my psychiatrist to figure out the medication side of things, but emotional regulation and identifying emotions is still a struggle at times. This app makes a world of difference for me.

I hardly ever write reviews but when I saw Feelmo was added to the app store I got so excited! Please please please give this app a try, I would absolutely recommend it.

Love the aesthetic 😍
I’ve been using a different mood-tracking app off and on for years, but have been incredibly inconsistent the past few months. Found this, and I already have a streak! Among other things, I love the aesthetic, the variety of emotions to choose from, and the prompt questions. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this app
I have never really been able to consistently use a physical Journal and so this alternative digital journal is awesome! I do wish they would add a option were you can add happy and sad emotions at the same time. Because sometimes you can feel a weird mix of both. All in all amazing!

The best emotion/feeling app
This app is amazing. I have tried apps for CBT, meditation and journaling and there’s nothing quite like Feelmo. Really helps me ground my emotions and think through each day. The daily articles in the knowledge bank are very informative. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Space When You Need It
I’ve been using Feelmo as part of my nightly routine since May. It has helped greatly when access to a therapist is limited. I highly recommend Feelmo to help gain better access to naming your emotions and improving overall health!
