Description
The game of Anamules is simple and fun to play. For certain shot related outcomes there are different “Anamules” associated with the shot. For example, if a player swings and misses the ball completely that player gets a Bat. If a player loses their ball in the rough, they get a Quail. A shot in the sand trap gets them a Camel. All in all, there twenty Anamules in the game.
Each Anamule can only be held by one player at a time. Anamules simply transfer from player to player based on the shot. Multiple Anamules can be earned on each shot. For example, if a player hits a shot and it bounces off the cart path and lands in the sand trap, that player would receive the Armadillo and the Camel.
Good play is rewarded. When a player scores a birdie, that player can give away one Anamule to any other player. If a player scores an eagle, they can give away two Anamules. A hole in one, you give away all your Anamules to other players.
The player with the most Anamules is the Zookeeper and the Zookeeper has obligations during the round. If you see the beverage cart come by, whom ever is the Zookeeper must buy a round of beverages or snacks for the group. After the obligation is fulfilled, the game is Reset and all Anamules return to the Zoo. All players start the next shot with no Anamules, and the FUN starts again. At the end of the round the Zookeeper buys beverages and an appetizer in the club house for the group.
The app keeps interactive live tracking of all the Anamules and scores for each player. The app displays course information including hole number, yards, par, and handicap. You can invite multiple players within the app and each person can see the live scoring updates as they happen on their phone if they have the app downloaded as well. Each player can edit and view scores throughout the round.
We’ve spent a lot of time developing this app with the golfer in mind. We know you and your group will have a great time playing this game out on the golf course. Anamules, Don’t be a Donkey, Just try it…
